The all inclusive features are great. And the beach access and beach bar were awesome. Nice buffet goes almost all day long. Free drinks. Our particular room looked pretty old, curtains didn't hang nicely which just gave the look of something more seedy.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Return
From the moment we arrived, it was anything but relaxing. Check-in was an infuriating ordeal. Despite booking and paying for the previous night to ensure we had a room upon our 7:30 AM arrival, we were still denied access. I had communicated twice in advance to confirm this arrangement, yet the staff at the front desk seemed completely unaware—and frankly, uninterested. While I understand they weren’t the ones I spoke with, the lack of accountability was frustrating. When we were finally given a room, it wasn’t even in the hotel we booked. No one informed us we had been placed in a sister hotel next door, leaving us confused about where we were or how to access the amenities. It wasn’t until later that afternoon that we were moved to the room we had actually paid for. We tried to shake off the rough start and enjoy our trip, but the issues kept piling up. The in-room phone didn’t work—a serious safety concern. I couldn’t call for basic requests, let alone in case of an emergency. The QR code provided for assistance didn’t work either. I even left a note in Spanish for housekeeping asking if they could look into it. Nothing was done. I had to physically walk to the front desk each time I needed something, which was especially difficult since I use a cane. Even then, the Concierge was dismissive and unhelpful. Private events hosted by the resort made it impossible to rest. One wedding was so loud that our bed vibrated for hours

Nos fue mal con la atención al huésped, nos entregaron la habitación con el piso del baño mojado porque se estaba tirando el agua del wc, no nos dejaron toallas y cuando me acerqué a recepción a hacer la observación de múltiples situaciones, el tipo que me atendió me mandó directo por un tubo, ni las buenas noches me dirigió

Honestamente el menú era demasiado básico para el costo por noche, en una ocasión quise llevarme un panecillo a la habitación, un mesero me dio un plato y me dijo que ese me lo podia llevar a la habitación, cuando iba de camino una de las meseras o encargadas, llega y me jala el plato de la mano. El personal que esta a cargo del asado, siempre de mal humor

El peor hotel de Vallarta
Cero actitud de servicio en general, se enfocan en el turismo extranjero que les acepta todo su mal servicio, desde comida batida que no se comerían los que la preparan, hasta habitaciones insalubres y mal mantenidas. Lo peor que he visto de hoteles todo incluido. No amerita nada el costo, ese hotel debería tener menos 3 estrellas. Jamás regresaré ahí. No se dejen engañar, hay mejores opciones por ese costo o menor.

Don't Do It
Crown Paradise haha! among the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. At arrival the front desk said they had no more rooms available. I asked if I would be getting a refund since it was already paid for, she asked me to call the 3rd party company where I made my booking. Once she seen me on the phone the Manager gave her a look and all of a sudden they had a room. I paid for Suit Superior w/sea view and got a tennis court / hotel view. My sheets had blood stains on them disgusting!! we called front desk, they brought us clean sheets and said the manger would be returning in the morning to make a report - he never came. This place should not be advertised as all-inclusive when you must make a reservation between 9am-10am ONLY on the app that was down w/error message 90% of the time. Restaurants empty and they will not seat you with no reservation. Only food available was the nasty buffet w/same cold food every day, horrible customer service, elevators didn't work. I even overheard the staff saying the hotel was badly maintained and needed a lot of work. just bad -yuck

Good Food, Facilities need some help
This was our third stay since 2019 at the Paradise Golden. This place has good value but the facilities are starting to show some age - peeling paint on building in many places and many pool tiles missing. The roof top infinity pool was underfilled the day we used it and not skimming so it was quite cloudy water. Overall the food is good especially in the night restaurants. Bottles of decent wine are reasonably priced. Room was good but sparsely furnished and we had a drip over our sink from a leak in the floor above that staff didn't seem to care much about hearing.

Hotel bueno pero con preferencia hacia extranjeros
Está terrible que le den preferencia a los extranjeros y a los mexicanos nos hagan menos. Claro que había gente muy amable con en el restaurante mediterráneo, recepción, botones o en el bar del primero piso. Pero en el bar de la alberca después de su hora de cierre solo le daban bebidas a los extranjero y cuando llegabas a pedir te contestaban súper grosero “Ya cerramos eh”. El hotel es bueno pero está horrible que le den preferencia a los extranjeros que a gente del mismo país.

We checked out after 1 day and went elsewhere. My son had to stay in my room despite having his own due to no A/C. 80 degree temperatures in the room is unacceptable. Being told to wait and maybe move to another room the next day is wrong. Dinner is a reservation setup. To be arranged between 0901-1200. If you don’t arrive until later you can only have the buffet. Even when checking out 8 days early. No one asked if there was a problem or resolution. They didn’t care. Expedia helped with a partial refund.
