Amazing experience
Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The resort is beautiful. The front desk found it this was our first stay here and gave us a complimentary upgrade to the club level. This offered free snacks and drinks 24/7, free continental breakfast, and free wine/beer during happy hour. They are currently doing some renovations at the pool area, and offered free breakfast to make up for the inconvenience of construction. They also offer free valet parking. The room was spacious and clean. We are looking forward to coming back!

Will Not Disappoint
The property is very nice and clean. Live entertainment daily starting at 4:30pm. The piano players are excellent and take song recommendations. My family and I met in Orange to celebrate Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time playing games and singing in the lobby after Thanksgiving dinner. The drinks at the bar are top notch and the food from the pizza shop or Voyagers is a home run! Would definitely recommend this property for couples or families.

Poor quality
I accidentally booked a king bed when I needed two beds. That was my mistake. However there was no option to change when we arrived even for a larger fee. The room we received was very small with a very small balcony. The bathroom door was broken when we arrived and remained broken our entire stay despite our maintenance request. Not a great place. On a good note. The front desk people were very pleasant and friendly. They just couldn't help us.
