Pros: very friendly customer service, close to the airport, easy on-site parking, close walk to the harbor and some good restaurants.
Cons: the hotel was not very clean -- carpets, baseboards...a lot of wear and tear. Unfortunately I found a bed bug in my room (#320, Feb 2025) on my first night. I reported it to the front desk and once maintenance confirmed it, I was moved to a different room (I was given the option of a refund if I wanted to check out immediately). I checked the mattress upon arrival and didn't see signs of bed bugs, so this came as a surprise. I was thankful it only took a few minutes for them to relocate me, but I was pretty jarred. They lowered my bill by $100. Based on the cleanliness of the hotel and this unfortunate bed bug experience, I would not stay there again, but I do appreciate the kind and professional customer service.
