Clean, comfortable overnight stay
The staff are friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Our room was very loud early in the morning with the traffic on the street and from the highway. Also, the breakfast was very limited. Otherwise a good quick stay close to the highway.

Tired traveler
I'm 73 years old and they put me in a separate building not connected to the main building with no luggage cart. I had to hand carrying my luggage to the room. They own one cart and the pneumatic tires were flat and i had to drag the cart. The best thing that could be said about this property is that it would be passable for over the road truck driver's. Bait and switch tactics of the hotel
I booked the king room because they stated that they were pet friendly. (We have a 6 1/2 pound Yorkie poo.) When we arrived they told us that they did not have a king pet friendly room and that we would have to take a queen room. We did not want a queen room and they then told us that the facility was pet friendly but that kings were not included in the deal. We asked for our money back but were told that since we booked thru a third party that we would have to check with them. I am waiting to see if they have refunded us. We stayed somewhere else.

The check-in was wonderful as the employee was kind & efficient. To have a fridge & microwave was an appreciated amenity. Some of the towels in the bathroom & the coffee pot are ready to be retired but the tv and the bed were great. The a/c & heater combo are hobbling along but got us through. The exhaust fan drowned out most of the road noise. The breakfast eggs are reliable, the sausage goes quick so don’t wait until the last hour of breakfast if sausage means a lot to your day! The stocking of the breakfast & lobby bathroom could be improved but overall it worked out according to our expectations.

Nope.
Front desk called at 6pm asking "if we really needed the 3 queen room" that we booked. We were told it "wasnt ready" and asked how long til we arrive so they could get it ready. What?? When we checked in they said someone was there "two nights ago" and some rambling that made no sense. Showers were cold. One kid woke up covered in bug bites. Breakfast was terrible and that room also dirty.

They gave me a room that had not been cleaned .I had to change to a different room. After being on the road all day that was not what I needed or expected. I think my room should be written off and me not charged.

I had to sign an agreement not to smoke in the hotel. No problem, I don’t smoke. But the entire property inside and out reeked of Marijuana smoke. I will never stay here again!
