Not Staying Here Again
When we first arrived at the hotel, the lobby looked clean and fantastic. We were greeted by staff and checked in quickly. When we got to our room, our room was 80 degrees, and there was someone else's clothes hung up in our closet. When we went into the bathroom, there was obvious water damage above the shower with holes from the damage over the shower head. There was also rust on the shower curtain bar. I also noticed that there was a floss pick next to our counter that was not ours. It appeared that the room was just thrown together for us without any care or effort. My boyfriend then asked if there was a Bible in the nightstands, as most hotels typically have them, and there was none. We then went to turn the TV on and couldn't find a TV guide for any of the channels. One of the nights, we went down to the pool, which appeared nice and warm, however when we got in, it was chilly, almost like it had been warmed, but not heated. We checked out the fitness room as well, and the TV in there was all static. When we went down for breakfast one of the mornings, I had gotten cereal with milk, and my boyfriend had gotten a cup of hot coffee. I went to take a bite of the cereal and noticed chunky milk on top of the cereal pieces, and my boyfriend found full coffee grounds in his coffee. When checking out, we went up to the desk, and there was no help to be found.

Horrible place
Found bed bug in bed they changed our room but didn’t seem to care. The room they changed is too the bathroom and nail clippings around the sink. The firealarm went off and woke us up at 7-7:30 in the morning.

Just ok
I was disappointed the tv didn't have Bluetooth so i could mirror my phone for a meeting. Additionally, the toilet wouldn't flush fully several times... no backup thank God. I called for service at 1030 and the phone just rang and rang. After several times, I gave up.

Broken closet door, broken toilet paper holder, broken bathroom door handle could not close door, area behind bed was very dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, ripped shower curtain, stained mattress.this room had a very bad odor . I reported some issues to the staff but nothing was done

Rooms were clean, peolple were nice. Breakfast was ok, but if you come after 9, looks like you get what is left. Nobody came to clean the room during our stay. But honestly, by saving a bunch of money, we were ok.

When we arrived at our room, we found several items in the room left from the last guest. There were people hanging out in front and back of the building at all hours. The elevator was very dirty and the whole building had a very strong smell of chlorine from the pool

There were staggered people in the parking lot, each one alone. Some looked homeless, sitting on the floor, some were standing alone by their cars, and others were sitting alone in their cars. I saw someone smoking, and one person was holding a large mug that I think may have been a beer mug. I interpreted the situation as possibly involving drugs, alcohol, prostitution, or all of the above. It was shocking and difficult for me to believe that I booked a hotel that looked like this.
