I booked a room with a queen bed. When we got there the lady behind the desk said do you need a mobility room, i said why she said if not then i have one that has 2 queen beds instead. I said that was fine. Well it was a room with 2 double beds in it. Little cramped for sleeping, but we were just tired from driving. Not a quiet place at all. Front dest staff night & morning need to learn some customer service when working in this industry. This is the 2nd howard johnsons that we stayed in this trip and never again will i book a room at this brand again. Don't believe it when they say breakfast, it was cereal, yogurt, toast.
