The hotel is located very close to Bülowstraße-bahnstop and in the culturally lively area of Schöneberg (with vicinity to museums, shops, the mall and restaurants). It is easy to access the hotel from the street. For a one night stay, it was definitely okay - the bed was not too uncomfortable, and the room had everything you need except for a mini fridge. The cleanliness and standard was however below accepted - especially given that it is a 3 star hotel (in reality it has the standard of a 1-star, perhaps 2).
In the attached pictures you will see that the shower is filled with mold - and the shower head might be the grosses thing I have ever encountered! The radiator has never been cleaned, and they have vacuumed only the open floors, and not alongside the wall (there was dust all the way around the room). The carpet also has a lot of suspicious spots (various bodily fluids I would guess).
The bathroom tiles seemed to have been changed recently, and this was probably done to "cover up" the mold, rather than fixing the underlying infestation.
I would not recommend people to come here.
