Won't make this mistake again!
I arrived at about 10:00PM and there was a sign that said the doors are locked at night, I needed to go to the side window. I did so and the clerk was polite. I asked if the neighborhood was really so dangerous that they had to lock the doors at night and he said he thought it started with Covid. Whatever. He gave me a room keycard. He also told me that they would charge an extra $50 that would go back on my card after 5 business days if I didn't use any incidentals. Five days is much too long and $50 is too much. I drove over to my room and saw litter all over the parking lot, including take out food boxes and cups. I normally keep a handgun in my glove box, but I decided to bring it in with me in case my car was broken into or, worse, my room was. Inside the room, everything was very old. Furniture was nicked and stained and there was a musty smell. It was cold and I could not make the heat go above 67 degrees. There were no spare blankets and the one on the bed was thin. There was a refrigerator that made annoying noises all night. The sheets and bathroom were basically clean but there were some mosquitoes in the room. Had I not been so tired from driving all day I would have changed to the Holiday Inn a bit down the street. I booked this place because I was going to be there for 9 hours and all I needed was a bed and shower. I figured I would save a few bucks but this place was not worth the $101 ($80 plus taxes) I paid. The morning clerk was polite.

Great accommodations for Pensacon
I appreciated that they provided both of fridge and a microwave. Some hotels don't and make excuses because that's against their policy.

Several different restaurants to choose from and in walking distance. The housekeeper and I can’t remember her name was extremely nice! The room that I was in just needs a bit touching up…the tub was slippery which made it difficult to stand safely, cigarette burns around the tub, light fixtures were old and coming off the wall, and you can hear your neighbors next door to you so the walls are thin. It was a quiet stay

This property is your basic room in a good location close to the Naval base which is why we visited. Room is basic and could have been cleaner with cleaner linens. Comfortable beds and A/C worked fine. Pool was not usable during our stay cause it had a lot of stuff in it. Water pressure a little low but all in all it was a nice stay. Was a bit noisy because you are right on the main road, but that didn’t really bother us.

10/10 do not recommend staying here. The pictures of the rooms are very misleading and do not show what the rooms actually look like. The room stinked and there were stains on both beds and the area did not feel very safe.

When we checked in the air conditioner, was propped up with ice buckets. The smoke detector was hanging by wires. Upon trying to use the TV the TV did not work. Remotes were messed up. Call down to the front desk. The phone didn’t work. Josh came up and replace the remote so if we could at least watch TV. Then we had to go down and get a plunger because the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then getting into the bathtub, you had to stand on the choices because it was afraid you might fall through the thing overall very very unhappy and this was absolutely the worst. We never stay at this place again.

I loved how patient and sweet every one is there especially the house keeper and the one of the ladies at front desk that works morning shift the weekends and Mondays she’s awesome I loved that they didn’t have any comments on my children and it’s very pet friendly and kid friendly they do not harass you multiple times a day they knock on your door once to see if you’d like service and then go about the day will come here again
