Not good
This place is great if you like: -Having your room cleaned only half the time. Was always a crap shoot if house keeping showed up. -Food poisoning from their breakfast. Do not eat the eggs. -Never having quarters for the laundry. When you do get quarters from another source, the dryer doesn't dry. -Shower leaving water all over the floor and the toilet being clogged 80% of the time. -The heat being so hot with no option to have it less hot. Had to wake up several times in the night to turn off, then turn back on. -WiFi not connecting half the time. Could not get work finished. Wish I could say the quality matched the price, but still paid a good amount. Should have slept in my car with -7°, would have been more comfortable. Some of the staff were really sweet. Some were not. As working Sundance and tried to save some money because our economy is trash. Should have shelled out the extra $200 to stay in Park City.

Bad heater in january.
The heater was difficult. The temperature was not possible to control so it would only blow semi-cold air into the room, unless I turned it on full blast and then it would still not blow warm air until the middle of the night when it became burning hot in the room. I could only sleep with 2 extra blankets on the bed and the heater off. It was freezing in the room in the morning. The heaters are the old kind that are fixed under the window and have 4 settings.

Pésimo! Nos dieron una habitación que olía a pescado, la cambiaron pero nunca hicieron aseo, el servicio pésimo! Se salvaron 2 de los 5 personas que nos atendieron en el front desk. La habitación nueva el TV no quería prender. El servicio fue lo peor de todo, 0 empatía con el cliente.

I have been staying at this facility for quite some time. I was ver surprised to notice when the bathroom floor flooded because of the curtain, that there were bed bugs. It made my sleeping a bit more uneasy as previous stays. I know that they are very prominent during certain times of the year but I was a bit freaked out.

The heat / ac system is way outdated.
The heater was not connected to a thermostat so I had to get up a few times in the night to turn the heat up or down. Also the heat system is very loud, I got maybe 2 hours of actual sleep. This hotel really needs to update the HVAC in the rooms.

Comfortable stay
The staff are friendly. The check-in was very fast and easy. The pool is in good condition. Breakfast was ready and good coffee. The room is nice. The only exception was that there was an overlying smell of mildew to the room I stayed in. I am not one to complain or to cause a huge issue. I ended up just staying in the room and using the provided coffee packets to change the aroma to the room. The ottoman to the sitting chair was pretty dinged up and stained.

Very clean and courteous staff. My dad arrived early and the front office person said check-in isn't until later you will have to come back. My dad was okay as he was hours early. She stopped him from walking out and said you know the room is ready lets just get you all settled. He was a happy clam for sure. He rested and went exploring. The front desk gal was apologetic and provided him some good fishing areas. She then told him about some good Mexican cooking down the way. He stayed for three days on his own. Great experience for him. Back story he had a stroke and loves to fish by himself this was his first overnight stay without anyone. They were fantastic.
