There was over flowing trash cans that we mentioned to the staff at check in. Still there at check out. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The WORST hotel I have stayed in - so disappointed with Hyatt - pandemic or not the rooms should be kept clean - there is no housekeeping - breakfast is not the same as the one advertised - bathroom was DIRTY- I usually stay at Marriott but chose this due to its location - NEVER AGAIN

Overall a good stay, the room is large but the hotel could update the rooms. Not USB ports to charge cellphones, limited number of channels on TV. No tables available to eat breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport was nice. Good location close to the highway and in a shopping center with many options to have lunch and dinner

My stay was great up until I checked out, at 10:08 am 04/26/2021 w/ Nichole. As I checked out I mentioned “I’ll need the shuttle to get to the airport”, to Nichole, and she replied “well it’ll be 45 minutes”, I then asked how long does it take to get to the airport? It should only be about 15 minutes, right? I don’t want to miss my flight.” Nichole answered “I don’t know! I don’t have an exact time of the drivers whereabouts, I don’t keep a count of her every move.” I then said “ok I’ll just have to wait”. Nichole then asked me if I wanted a copy of my receipt and I replied “yes please”, Nichole then rolled her eyes and mumbled “of course you do” as she walked away to retrieve the paper receipt. I received my receipt, turned in the keys to the room and I took a seat in front of the front desk, to wait for the shuttle. The next guest behind me, along w/ his wife, checked out asking for the Shuttle as well. Nichole told him “ oh the driver should be here anytime now”. I was flabbergasted! I don’t understand how Nichole all of a sudden was more familiar with the driver whereabouts for this guest and his wife, but just 2 minutes ago told me a completely different thing and was so rude to me. The driver arrived @ 10:23 am, w/ the shuttle, to take us to the airport and the driver was polite and professional.
Despite the restrictions due to the pandemic, they found a way to make our stay pleasant.
