Shower door broken handle, mould. Shabby, appearancr over all. In morning, Manager yelling at customer rudely for all to witness. Made everyone uncomfortable.

2nd time stopover (and last).
Run down and dated. Much more Limited hot breakfast options unlike other LaQuinta hotels I have stayed at. Price reflects amenities and extras. Would choose a different hotel option next time. Noisy above as if renovating a room throughout most of the later afternoon and early evening. Sounded like furniture being dragged across floor.

Overnight in Dayton
Overnight stay with the family. Pool was clean but didn't have towels. Rooms was clean but freezing. We eventually got the wall unit to work. Breakfast was as expected but no one was around to make sure the coffee carafe was refilled or tables were clean.

The first room's toilet would not stop running. Ask for a different room suite. The 2nd set of rooms were not a sweet and the room had a vibration noise the turned on amd off the entire night stay. The service staff was nice though

This property had one of the most accommodating and helpful staffs I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. I was there for several days with a pet whom they essentially adopted and baby sat 2-3 times per day when I could not return for several hours. The property was well kept, away from major traffic, tucked in on three sides by Wright State University buildings that had very little in the way of people or traffic around them. That made for a very pleasant area for walking about. If I have occasion to return to the Wright-Patterson region again this will be my first choice for lodging.

We had a suite and it was very spacious, but also very dated. The bed was very comfortable, when you could actually get to sleep due to noise above us and outside in the hall - so not very sound proof. The couch had a hole in the upholstery and the tub looked like a two year old applied the caulking and porcelain repair. No hair dryer. My first time doing the online check in and I just realized I took away the front desk persons job - won't do it again. I spoke to a different person later about the hair dryer and they kind of blew me off. The to go breakfast was pretty good considering. - Would I stay here again probably not.

Very enjoyable stay
The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. They did everything the could to make sure my stay was a good one. Our guest room was fine for our needs but is overdue for some physical improvements/renovations (clearly out of the control of the hard working staff).

Pick something else.
The place was far from clean. Stains all over most of the carpeted areas. There was mold around the shower and instead of being actually cleaned, look like it was painted with pealing latex paint. The 'free breakfast' was a joke. Here's what was offered... warm yogurt cups, one of which had mold in it, yellow round disks which i assume were eggs. Dried out biscuits. The gravy was okay. Didn't try the waffles but I never saw anyone eat more than a mouthful. The 'juice' machine, when it worked, was more water than anything. The only thing positive I can say was the coffee was OK.
