Rest Restored At The Amazing Patricia Grand
My Stay at the Patricia Grand was Amazing! It had amenities beyond amenities to cook with, towels, name brand products. The bedding was brand new including pillows something you rarely see! I have OCD and did only a minimal level of cleaning. I would recommend it to anyone for a couples getaway to a family vacation because I saw it being used for all. Keep up the GREAT WORK YOU GUYS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I shall return.

The ceiling in the room was peeling and falling apart. There was mold all around the door frames. The stand up lamp was broken and leaning sideways onto the wall. Overall not being taken care of at all! I would send pictures if this would allow me to post them.

Not so good..
Furniture was out of date and scratched up. TV was for some reason set up through a Roku. Bedroom air conditioner sounder like a semi when it kicked on all night. Staff was friendly but lazy river was not operational.

We did not have a smooth check in due to Expedia and Vacasa but Danielle that actually works for Patricia Grand worked for over an hour to help with our check in process. She made multiple phone calls and worked hard to help. We praise her for her work ethics and going beyond the call of duty. Thank you Danielle.

Our room 608 needs some updates. Countertop, microwave, area of ceiling, lamp needed replaced. Looks pretty beat up. View was great and bed was comfortable. I did mop floor again as my husband took his shoes off when we got there and feet were black from floor. After mopped it was fine. I think if it was fixed this would be a great room.

The resort was clean and had nice amenities. This was a return visit for me. My only problem was they now allow pets. So many people brought dogs, some pretty large, over the 20 lb. limit specified by the hotel. The rules indicated that the owner was supposed to carry the dog while in the elevator; few people adhered to that. Some owners also allowed their dogs to poop on the sand and they didn't clean up behind them. Someone had a dog that you could hear barking in the room during the evening hours.

We loved the size of the room. We have two toddlers and need the space 😂 The pool and the beach front access were great. My only issue was the state of the room. The carpets felt gross and sticky and the room smelled. I know that this may be due to the “pet friendly”ness, so just a warning. There were also broken towel racks. Other than that, the room was great!

Do not recommend this hotel. Overly populated with dogs. I love dogs but I would've known this hotel was dog friendly before staying. The smell lingered in the elevators. Speaking of elevators, one of the two were down majority of our stay. Room was not very clean, bathroom was so small you could barely close the door. On day 2 of our stay, the patio lock broke and the TV Backlight went on. Floors were extremely slippery and dirty, and there was black mold on the curtains of the balcony. Parking garage is very TIGHT, made me anxious turning in and out everytime we came or went. Restaurant food was nasty and unseasoned. The only positives about this property was that it's on the beach and the variety of pools/Jacuzzis and the DJ on the weekends. Please spend your money elsewhere. We sent out a complaint with photos and only received a refund of $60.

Bad Stay at Expensive Dog Hotel
10-digit room code was a JOKE !!! Never worked right from day one so they ended up giving us a 4-digit code. Too many Dogs everywhere !!! Barking at night and day was not good :( BTW we love dogs but on vacation ???Parking across the street was not convenient. Pool bar was always closed. Men's Restroom at floating river pool had the stall door hanging by one hinge. Indoor Pools and Hot tubs were dirty. Elevator floors very wet and nasty. Room floor full of sand from day one. AC louvers could not be adjusted to keep the cold air off you while in the bed. Ended up putting a chair and pillows in front of AC unit. Bathroom was sooo small only one person could be in there at a time. TV didn't work until we got the hotel staff to reprogram it. Then we only got basic channels without a TV guide. Nightly charge including taxes was very high !!!! Won't be staying here again.
