Very dissatisfied trip
I was not made aware that the beach was under construction and no beach amenities were available my entire trip. We had to walk to another hotel. Also when we arrived, our refrigerator was not cleaned and was leaking water all over the floor. We called the front desk and they said they would be right there but never showed up to clean it or bring us new towels. The next day when we woke our coffee maker did not work. We called the front desk to get another coffee maker and were told to come get coffee at the front desk. We paid for a Premier room and we chose the hotel based on amenities and location. When I went to the front desk to talk about my dissatisfaction she said she would share with the manager Heather but the manager never did anything to try to make things right. The front desk tried to blame the construction on the town but it is the hotel’s responsibility to let the customers aware of the construction
This was the beach at the hotel. We had no access to the water without leaving the property

I will not be going back.
I was disappointed with some cleanliness issues like the outside of the cabinets that were stained as well as the doors & around light switches. My padlock was semi broken, my living rm TV kept saying "no signal" despite maintenance fixing it. My bedrm remote wouldn't control the volume even though I went all the way downstairs to get new batteries for it. The refrigerator FROZE everything & I had bought fresh salads & fruit for my 5 day stay. The blow dryer was very small & cheap. The floor of my shower was slippery from needing a good scrubbing. They have 2 restaurants. One is super casual by the pool that's completely open to the elements so if it's at all cool/cold like it was for me then it's too uncomfortable to dine in the open breezy, cold air. There were little to no healthy options as well. Their nicer restaurant is only open Wed - Sat or Sun so I was only able to dine there 1 night. Yes it was slow b/c of the colder weather but I called & asked to make sure all amenities were up & running & they said yes. I also did not like that the entrance to the rooms were outside. You get off of the elevator from the lobby & you're back outside. It felt like a motel entrance. Also you need to get onto an elevator from outside to get to the lobby. There was a podium & chairs & there should have been a staff member but there never was. My driver had to go find someone. Lastly the elevators were super super slow. Not sure why?

Top Lage direkt am schönen Strand
Wir haben die top Lage direkt am schönen Strand sehr geschätzt. Das Apartment ist grosszügig und mit einem schönen grossen Balkon inkl. 2 Liegestühle. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlicher Meersicht. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut - schade war nur, dass es keine Herdplatte hatte. Overall können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Great holiday vacation in the sun
We had a wonderful vacation the week before Christmas. The staff was super friendly. Cabanas poolside bar was fun and had great live music. The suite was so comfortable and quiet. On going beach restoration and construction nearby after a hurricane was expected and did not impact our trip at all. We will definitely stay here again.

New Favorite
Even though there is construction going on and it was noisy one day. This hotel is one of my new favorites. Room was wonderful, beautiful, and very clean. Virw was amazing and the staff really cares. Ft Myers is still recovering so it was nice to support the businesses. Hot tub could of used more bubbles. Both upstairs and downstairs bartenders and servers amazing. What a great time we had.

Wonderful resort
Wonderful resort. Loved the room, the walk up bar and the restaurant. Great weather. Waitresses were amazing around the pool area. A lot of off-site dining options.

Sauberes Hotel, direkte Strandlage. Fort Myers hat noch immer mit dem Neuaufbau von Hurrikan Ian zu kämpfen. Dadurch sehr viele Baustellen. Das Apartment war sauber und das Bett bequem. Pool ebenfalls sauber und mit guter Musik und Poolbar
