You get what you pay for
We stayed over for a dance competition. There's no elevator and they had us on the 2nd floor. Had to carry rack n roll up the stairs along with our bags. Then we couldn't get into our room. The electronic key card wouldn't work. Another gentleman that was staying there tried to help. He had the same issue. My daughter had to run back to the front desk while we waited outside our room. The woman re-activated the card. Still couldn't get in. I finally was able to maneuver the card after 5 minutes and got it to open. After that we didn't leave our room - afraid we wouldn't get back in. Then in the morning we check out and the parking lot is a sheet of ice. Nothing was done, no salt, no plow, nothing! Room itself was ok. Found dirt/crap on floor corners plus dusty. Bed springs made noise every time I rolled over

One of the few available
For a county seat, the Greenfield area has few reasonable lodging, and restaurants. My initial impression of the front and office area was a facility in need of updating. However the wing where our room was (in the 400’s) was updated/upgraded recently and hall carpets and walls were fresh and clean. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with very good shower. NO EATERIES NEARBY. All in all a better choice for staying in this area, clean at a reasonable rate.

GREAT PRICE ,
The was clean and modern. Beds comfortable . I was there Sunday thru Thursday and no service too room, or any any fresh towels or coffee packets , so I picked them up daily from the office.. Its a cheap price for the area.

Place is a basic hotel/motel. No frills. Room was clean, internet and cable tv available. Plenty of parking. Must say the staff was superior, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Probably stay again just because of the staff and location. Location suited me very well.

Need to work on reigning in your guests
There was a group partying hard inside and out of the hotel. It seemed like the front check in staff were joining them because there was nobody to check us in and they came back reeking of smoke. Lots of smoking both cigarettes and marijuana right outside the front door by the wedding party. Music was absolutely blasting with a frat-type atmosphere in the arcade and vending area. Interior corridors were filthy from all of the people going in and out smoking. They were friendly folks and I understand wanting to celebrate a wedding with friends and family, but a public, family hotel is not the appropriate venue and the partiers were certainly acting like the hotel was there playground. Front end staff did say they asked them to quit the music at 11PM. Thankfully, we requested a room as far away as possible. Unfortunately, we had to get the key cards re-keyed twice. Room was okay though one bed had a mysterious brown stain that my daughter was convinced was either feces or blood. That was about it for her being grossed out by everything. Corners of room looked like they hadn't been touched by a vacuum for quite some time.

Bad processes
Room wasnt cleaned completely. Found balls of hair on the floor. Garbage in the garbage can still. And at 1 am i had someone try to get into room. Come to find out it was the front desk checking to see if the room was occupied. You woukd think they have other systems in place to check that. Wasnt the first issues i had with this hotel. Wont be coming back. Just not run the right way. Corporate needs to looking into this place.

Been there pre-pandemic many times. Convenient to tourism and restaurants and Whately Dinner. Room clean enough. Had grandchild w/us. Side entry doors were open.. no need for key card???? Hmmm! Staff friendly. Some man hanging out in parking lots. No problem, possible traveling tree or electrical workers staying at Inn? No pool anymore. Management told me it’s in disrepair. Overall good and $$friendly for two nights.
