Unprofessional service received
First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP members a bottle of wine and a $35 dollars coupon for parking. The hotel didn’t mention any of these services we were supposed to receive, so we had to ask the front desk ourselves.
