Hotels.com is terrible
Charges me even after I said I was leaving due to the security latch being broken open by hammer or something, blood on pillow cases, mildew/mold in rooms, moisture/water in halls and running down walls, filthy, very unsafe, manager at front desk was a complete jerk and refused to help at all, the businesses next door say hookers and drugs run through that hotel all the time so not family friendly at all. The hotel posts and advertisement is a complete lie from what the condition and location actually is. I put in request with hotels.com because I wanted my money back since we left and did not stay and have not heard back from them at all. There is no phone number to talk to anyone with hotels.com so I wil never use them again if I don’t get my money back and I will be letting everyone I talk to because we travel with lots of teams know that they charged me and have no way to contact anyone to get a refund even when the hotel said they would and did cancel our stay. So this company just kept our money and we didn’t even stay there!

It was a place to stay. I will say it was clean but everything was old and the sink was clogged. Manager was really nice some of the housekeepers were rude. I wouldn't call what they served a breakfast buffet AT ALL. And im pretty sure there are working girls on the property lol.

Was a place to rest while we was in town for wrestling. Marks all over the wall broken plug ins. No tissues in the holder and conditioner was 1/2 used.

How uncomfortable can a hotel be?
My stay was horrible. I had the most uncomfortable room and bed. The employees keep walking up and down hallway by my room being loud. This was the worst. I would never return.

Really put together older hotel for a quick trip. My only issue was the clerk was WAY into telling me it was a no smoking room, then it was very obvious that someone had smoked in the bathroom of the room

Great Location near Council Bluffs & Omaha
Reasonable rates, convenient location for activities in Council Bluffs and Omaha, NE. Our room was clean, swimming pool was open and warm! Nice tv, refrigerator and microwave in room. Outer doors are securely locked for guest protection! Motel offers a continental breakfast!

The property was very dirty upon arrival, trash left in the room, mirror very dirty. We saw a mouse run across the room and was offered another room. Upon entering that room, there was urine on the toilet, mold on walls and food in dresser drawers.

DIRTY & UNKEMPT
Did not end up staying at this hotel as there were bugs on the curtains, a fist sized hole in the bathroom door, a fire alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping, dirty sheets, & dirty water that hadn’t been drained from the bathtub as well as a lock on the door that was broken. Asked for a full refund and was told I could only get half. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
