All three stars are for the beds, which were amazingly comfortable - deeply plush, stacked to the rafters with pillows, and bedding included a fleece.
Employees (surly, but that may have just been my migraine fog) attempted to be helpful but could not manage to alter my booking from two nights to a single night despite paying on site, and charges were roughly $20 than quoted for unknown reasons. Heater ran loud and clunky most of the night despite being set at sixty, room smelled a lil funky. Breakfast service started late and consisted of prepackaged bagels and frozen burritos.
