Good stay, but weird door
When I arrived i heard them tell another guest some maids had not come in. I was told my room was ready and given a key. The room still had its door propped open for cleaning so i asked a maid in the hall if it was ready. She said no, it needs towels. So she ran to get those. Once she did and i got in my room, i noticed the door was odd. Door latched fine but i could see the hall under where it latched. Not sure if it was just warped or a previous guest tried to kick it in. BUT the rest of the room was great and very clean. The rest of my stay went smoothly. Was surprised to see french toast at breakfast. They just maybe need to get new doors on rooms.

Very friendly service. Room was clean. The only thing I can find fault is the room smelled a bit musty. Not sure if the air filter for the ac needed replaced or if water was spilled and that’s what the smell was from. But other then that very nice stay.

It was right off the the highway, simple to get into and easy to navigate but the only thing I didn’t care about was the door not wanting to shut and stay closed. I guess they was remodeling the second floor the carpet was missing and the door wouldn’t shut. We had to forcefully shut it and lock it. Besides that the room was amazing maybe a little more cleaning here or there on occasion but truly was an amazing stay not far from Walmart or anything

I wasn’t impressed. The room had a horrible mildew smell. There was no shower curtain and when I reported it to the front desk she handed me one to hang up myself. I’m not a young person and standing on the edge of the bathtub to hang a shower curtain isn’t something I really should be doing but I just wanted a hot shower and some sleep. The shower pressure was so so and I didn’t sleep well because of the smell. I was glad to leave I the morning.

The Side exit doors are left unlocked not safe The room given us on check in was not clean there were cheerios all over the carpet the bed was not clean or properly made. I couldnt get any one to correct it no one was at the counter

The floor we were on was seemly under construction with a lot of carpet missing. It seemed odd. Room was nice and together. Tv and wifi had issues. Both constantly dropped signal. Breakfast was included and was good. Pool was great for the kids.

Overall the stay was ok.. not great.. our fridge was not working.. discovered after we had put some food and drinks in there... I pulled fridge out and realized it wasn't even plugged in?? We plugged it back in.. still didn't work..had to end up throwing stuff away that needed refrigerated.. the stopper in the sink went down and wouldn't go back up.. so we had water standing in our sink.. I called front desk.. was told maintenance had left at that time which was fine.. however when we went down to breakfast Saturday..I asked to have our sink and fridge fixed and was told they don't have maintenance on the weekends?? What hotel doesn't have a maintenance person available on weekends when the hotel is the busiest?!? They sent a worker up to fix it.. which she did.. along with our fridge that had been unplugged and completely turned off.. which also makes no sense.. at one point our toilet acted up but we were able to fix that.. breakfast was typical.. beds nice.. pool was nice but cold.. unfortunately the fact that they don't have maintenance on the weekends.. along with the floor outside our room was completely torn up as they are redoing the floors.. but would have been nice to be told our hallway was "under construction" I would not stay here again.. not impressed..

Moist rooms. Smell of mildew. Signed an agreement to not smoke in the room or else.....they put us in a room that smelled of smoke. Serious problems with air quality in the hotel.

The room was clean. However there was a faint smell I think coming from the carpet. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom So everything fogs up when taking a shower.
