Not great.
This hotel is super worn. Holes in the carpet. Paint chipped and scratched everywhere. They charge you a deposit then won’t check you out and refund it until the front desk person physically inspects the room. Never again.

They floors were very slippery, the person working was mopping up but unfortunately it was just too much slush and he couldn't keep it dry. The breakfast was bad. The juice had floaters in it and we tried atleast 4 times with new cups. Coffee creamer was out, but all 3 were empty, the "fruit" was green bananas, the muffins/brownies were rock hard. The hallway smelt like cigarette smoke which was weird cuz its no smoking.

Frozen room
We had notified the hotel that wouldn’t get there until midnight. When we arrived in our room the temp in the room was 51 degrees and -4 outside. I had go down and ask for a blanket and was given a thin coverlet and no apology. It took until 3am for the room to get to 70

Meh
Took a longer than average time to check in because they couldn't find record of my card being charged. The room was small but fine, except the entire wall behind the head of the bed was a giant mirror not sure if it was too make the room look bigger than it actually was or for other purposes but I ended up putting a sheet over it because it creeped me out. Ended up making my entire stay feel uneasy. On the upside, it was nice to be able to have my dog stay with me.

Not a good place to stay
I was asked what was in my golf bag numerous times and how much it weighed. To make it worst he had a such a strong accent I didn’t even understand half the things he said. You don’t ask your customers what they have in their bags and the weight…smh. I did an online check out the night before with the time for 11 am check out. At 9:20 am, they were knocking on my door numerous times and ready to clean. I opened the door and said what’s going?? The worker said, “no problem, Never mind.” I’ve never been at a place with such horrible service. When I got downstairs there was no cars in the parking lot or anyone in the lobby. This shows why no one wants to stay here. Poor service and don’t recommend

Everything was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was very relaxing. Only thing I would recommend is a few pillows with varying thickness.

Possibly a section 8 hotel?
Hotel wasnt 'dirty' but was run down..... 2 days after snowfall (not a storm), the parking lot wasnt cleared completely and they didnt even try to clear the sidewalk - wife almost fell on ice in parking lot - front desk didnt care. Front desk people were dressed in t-shirts and jeans (couldnt even tell they worked there) and seemed annoyed when we wanted to check-in or check-out. Not sure if this is a section 8 hotel or not but some of the others staying there make me believe it might be (apologies if I am mistaken). I am a bit surprised the Wyndham has not inspected and told owner to make updates......again - wasnt dirty - just very run down and not maintained well....with all of the other nicer hotels within quarter mile....we wont be staying here again

Yuck.
Our bed sheets were disgusting. We had 2 different beds and neither one was clean. Under the blanket there was hair and something pink on the sheets. I specifically booked a first floor room and when we checked in he said, I’m going to put you on the second floor, is that ok? I said well..and before I got a chance to say anything else he said “it’s all I have available”. When we got into our room, it was FREEZING! Our whole experience was awful.

Very loud and sleepless night!
the kid on the room next to ours was slamming doors and screaming until about midnight, as well as their mother yelling profanities at them. I had texted the front desk number that was texted to me with no response, as well as knocking on the neighboring door asking them to keep it down….but with no response. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep. The walls are paper thin and the hotel was very noisy.
