The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Galway's bustling city centre. It is modern, a little impersonal, the reception is smiling and efficient, the service fast for breakfast. But... the rooms are large but poorly soundproofed: you can hear people passing by in the hallway. Because of the Covid, the rooms are not systematically cleaned and you have to run after clean towels and toilet paper..., no water provided in the rooms, except for a fairly noisy paying dispenser in the hallway... We sees that the hotel was renovated some time ago, and it is a bit fair in terms of standing compared to the price of the whole. (because if we don't clean the rooms - which I can understand in terms of health security - why charge the price of a hotel that would clean every day and change the sheets?). A little the impression of having paid too much for a service below the expectations we had (4 stars, all the same!)
