Never Again!
The furnishings were great. The host staff always very. However, the bottles of toiletries were empty and had to request more. The did not come until the next morning so I used hand soap to shower. But the worst part was the roaches and other bugs. They were in the kitchen cabinets and on the couters. I also found them in the bathroom. Unless something changes, I will never stay there again. I believe we need some kind of compensation for this stay!

We will be back!
This was just a little getaway but we will be back for our longer stays. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast, quick lunches and snacks. Fully equipped except for an oven but if I wanted a pizza we would go out anyway. Can’t say enough great things about the staff. From the start, Diamond at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed. She personally brought a chair to the pool area for me when I explained I was unable to use the low chaise lounge chairs. Every single staff person we encountered, who I unfortunately do not know by name, had a smile on their face, a kind word and an offer to make our stay pleasant in any way they could.

Everything was great! Bar and restaurant right across the canal made for dinner on your balcony listening to the band they have almost every night. Clean townhouse and wonderful eqanas greet you on the sidewalk every morning. We seen dolphins and manatees swimming in the canal every morning. So serine and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.

One night stay, good night sleep!

This property and their management need to treat their staff better and provide their guests with adequate support. When we checked in, the front desk attendant was not friendly. Our key cards were dysfunctional twice. On the second instance there was no one at the front desk and we were locked out of our room. The only way that I was able to get back into the room was by climbing over our neighbors balcony and going into the balcony door, which we luckily left unlocked. When I tried to get the situation rectified the next morning, the front desk person was impatient and extremely rude. I don’t blame them since it was clear that they didn’t have adequate support from their leadership. In addition to that, the air conditioning in the room was not good on the second floor. Overall, the place has opportunity. But it’s clear that they don’t want to invest in providing their guests with an enjoyable stay.
