FAcility needs some maintenance and upkeep
The motel is conviently located in Woodbury not far from the LIE and Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway. Had a number of issues during our one week stay. A large truck parked overnight directly opposite our car and made for a difficult time for back my car out. When I complained and asked for the truck to me moved, they moved it 10ft. forward. Not much help. Plenty of other spaces they could have parked and not been in anyones way. Breakfast items were out of stock of several mornings. There is a lot of trees and shrubs in the area, resulting in leaves, twigs, and dirt accumulating all along the entrances to the rooms. The room had a vinyl floor, which was not mopped to clean the stains and debri off the floor, just swept with a brush which is useless. Room card key failed to work twice, which has happened in prior visits. Buses needed trimming to be able to pass by them safely from the car park. Peep hole in the door was broken and had a tissue stuck in it and never removed and or repaired. The facility still needs some maintenance and upkeep. Need to use a blower daily to remove all of the debri which accumulates along the path in front of the doors to the rooms.
