Our room is facing the backyard so it is so quiet and we love it. The room is spacious and the washroom is clean and nice. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy. And it’s just a few steps away from Russell Square station. So convenient!

Room- not bad. Service- need significant improveme
I stayed here for 12 days. Something I would recommend as follows. 1. Beware of the minibar and the things in the fridge. There were leftover bottle milk and full bottle drinking water which looked new but actually was opened in the fridge. The paper coaster was all wet and absorbed water. Apparently the cleaner personnel did not clean the fridge and the minibar. 2. Remind the front desk to clean the room. There were two consecutive days that the room was not cleaned. 3. If you need small accessories such as comb, disposable shower hat, etc, you should ask the front desk. I received this in the 10th night but before that these things had never appeared in my room. I was not sure if they forgot to put or they gave me a favor. So if you need you may need to ask. 4. I like the bed.

The location was excellent. We could walk to the theatre, and the area around Russell Square was safe and charming. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a full bar available in the evening open til 2 and it was cheaper thank a pub. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. I will definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here - love the location, walking distance to museums, theatres and Covent Garden. Hotel is clean with a lovely little bar and staff are very welcoming.

Lovely little hotel
A lovely hotel with professional and lovely staff. They offer luggage drop off early but our room was ready so they offered to check us in; it is not often a I have known a hotel that does that. Highly recommend and will stay again

Perfect for St Pancras
Extremely clean and spacious, 15-20 minute walk to St Pancras (we had an early Eurostar the next day) and happy staff. I don't often leave reviews but was impressed by the location, the service and the comfort.

Staying in Bloomberry
The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t very good, over cooked eggs etc. the rooms were nice but need a refresh, starting to look warn. The eco stuff is good however don’t have towel warmers in the rooms if you have to call the front desk to have them turn them off and on.

Overpriced
Ligging : uitstekend, vlakbij metro. Vanuit Heathrow alleen de Piccadilly Line en je bent er. Kamer: redelijk klein, grote flatscreen TV. Minibar en waterkoker aanwezig. Moderne badkamer, maar zo koud doordat ramen slecht sluiten vanwege ontbreken tochtstrips, ondanks dubbelglas en ondanks verwarming. Verwarming in de badkamer is eigenlijk de buizen handdoekrek die toch echt op heet stond. Ijskoude vloer. Verkeersgeluid altijd wel aanwezig. Veel te hoge prijs voor wat het is, maar dit is London.

Fabulous location
Great location and facilities. Modern room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. One minor criticism was that housekeeping hadn’t managed to service our room by 3:30pm on both days we stayed but that was the only niggle. Everything else was excellent and we would stay again.
