Great newer unit but lacks a lot of basics
Check in a bit frustrating. Representative checking us in was rude and went over 1000 rules with us. Which if you have been traveling the whole day and looking to enjoy the trip you’re not wanting to waste an hour listening to all the rules of how they will charge you extra for this or that.
In the midst of this she didn’t give us our check in packet which had our door codes, WiFi info and more. Had to wait to open door in unit as codes didn’t work.
Failed to give us bracelets for water park and then lied and said she did.
Wouldn’t offer rides at all when driving past and then when we asked for a ride to water park told we have to reserve and requests through somewhere else.
Gym and pool hours are inconvenient and grounds offer a lack of amenities.
We have stayed here 3 times in 3 years and here has been little to no change at all with upgrades, service, etc.
With the unit being 30 minutes away from any tourist attractions or popular areas it needs to provide more to make the far stay worth it.
