Great views!
The hotel was clean and updated. The extras they offer such as cookies and snacks in the lobby was a plus. It was nice to have everything on site. The only downfall is the parking lot isn’t secured from anyone coming in. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay again!

Definitely one of the better options!!!
The front desk was prompt and friendly when checking in. There was a little confusion on the charging and prices as I booked through hotel.com but it was long a big issue. The room was clean and the oceanfront view was exceptional! I went during off season so there wasn’t much people on the beach. Easy access to the beach and the weather was nice. The restaurant was clean and the serve was super attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. Only tiny issue I had was that the booth and table was a little snug. The bed was comfortable and I felt asleep almost immediately. The other thing I would say is that the room amenities are a little dated. No smart tv? No hardwood floors? I didn’t appreciate having both a microwave and fridge though. Breakfast was decent as there were many options but I didn’t see any bacon! Bummer! I’m not sure if they had any, but I didn’t get any breakfast til 9:30 so that could have been totally on me. And best of all, the housekeeper didn’t knock before my checkout time! Definitely will come back.

Most of the staff, including Ian and the bartender, were lovely and helpful. We were a little miffed that we had to wait till 4:00 to check in - off season, obviously not busy or full. I got back to reservation before 4 and folks were checking in. You charge for parking and pets. You’re getting a lot for an overnight at the beach way off season. You could be a little more flexible or a little cheaper. It’s not like you’re giving any of the pet charge to the maids who do the extra work.

Nice Rooms, Breakfast Disappointing
We loved our room - superb view of the ocean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a disappointment. Although there is variety in the hot food offerings, it is all reheated processed foods - nothing freshly made off a grill or out of a skillet. There is fresh whole fruit available, but nothing organic and no whole grain offerings, so if you want a healthy breakfast, be prepared to go out.

Angie at the customer service desk was amazing. She helped us very quickly and had the best service. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice. I loved the food at the restaurant. The service there was great as well. The drinks were decent.

Hotel needs help
Our first room 1132 had trash in front of the door in the hallway, dead roaches and smelled like cat urine. I took the trash down to the desk clerk and asked for another room which we received room 1140. This room did not have roaches but the floor was filthy and there was an old pillow with a layer of dust and dirt under one of the beds. Reluctantly we stayed in that room as we needed to be back on the road early Sunday morning. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of the beach as there appeared to be a homeless hotel to the north of the hotel. The only positive I can say is the pool area looked nice. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Beautiful views, great food, exceptional staff
We needed a one night stop over as we were traveling south. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Our room was upgraded and fabulous! The bar offered great drink specials and delicious crab legs! The free breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. Everything was kept clean and orderly. The people working here were some of the nicest I've ever met!

The new years eve we wont forget
The first room we were put in was clean but there was a strange sound coming from behind the headboard in the master bedroom. So after maintenance came up tried to identify where the sound was coming from and couldn't. They quickly gave us another room on the same floor. However this was almost midnight on new years eve. And as far as my wife and i were concerned the sound was coming from a hidden camara thats batteries were dying. The hotel of course wouldn't even acknowledge that being possible. We were offered no compensation by the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The housekeeping staff is great. And the amenities are great.

Nice hotel on the beach
Overall our experience at this hotel was positive. There is a couple complaints I would like to share. First we were told housekeeping every other day, no one showed up, we were there three days. I had to ask for linens at front desk. It was no big deal but when you tell someone that you should honor it. Also it was posted on the mirror what housekeeping would take care of. One other issue was with the hot water, you would have it then it would be cold. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was good also. It was a great location right on the beach with beautiful views. Totally worth the minor inconveniences.

Disappointed
Well for starters front desk put me in the wrong room and stated Hotels.com booked it. Not happy with that. I booked a double bed suite they put me in a double bed standard. Then called themselves upgrading me to a one bed suite. No where on hotels.com website or Hampton did it say anything about a $15 per day parking fee. I was blindsided by that. The kitchen light stopped working and it took over 9 hours for someone to come fix it.

Take time to read reviews and see what the recurring trends are. They are accurate. Parking lot is designed poorly and I think I read there was a $15 fee, but I certainly was not reminded of it at check in. We traveled off

Small room
The experience was ok. We stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. Needed more space rooms was small. The image on web appears more spacious.

Property was right on the beach. All the employees were super nice and very accommodating. Room was clean but was on the small side.

Great view only!
Gorgeous views and good location. Rooms were very small, carpet was pulled up and is a tripping hazard, bathroom was huge but a tiny vanity and nowhere to put your towel or toiletries. Bed was not Hampton comfortable. I went to the desk to request another pillow and no one ever brought one which made an uncomfortable sleep even worse. Maintenance man who we spoke to was the nicest person we encountered and Kelly at the front desk was good too. Will not stay again unfortunately despite the views.

Great views
Nice hotel right on the beach. There are multiple outdoor pool options. The view is excellent. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent.
