Yikes. Not ready for guests
This hotel was a one night for 2 rooms. We arrived with pets and were told needed $100 deposit for them. That was fine but in entering the room the pets were the least of any issues. The hotel is being renovated but no where near ready for guests. They brought a fold up bed that had bugs so the guests in the second room left - didn’t trust the rest of the room cleanliness. The manager called and offered comfort points - needless to say - no thank you. Won’t be staying at Comfort chain again. Their corporate offices need to make visits to properties
Bathroom renovation missed a few areas
Carpet obviously was not renovated

Ok for one night...
The hotel was just ok. There were spots on the bathroom floor that I was told was paint that was never removed. We weren't offered another room. My daughter's room had a heater that didn't work. And the act that they say they offer breakfast is laughable! Waffles, and cereal...

Beware.
There was an abundance of sketchy activity going on at the hotel after dark. Several people screaming in the parking lot, police activity next to one of our reserved rooms. We were forced to abandon that room for the night, and when asking for a refund, management "needed to check in with the police to see why we couldn't stay in the room." Domestic altercation between two mentally unwell people. Large UHaul truck in the parking lot where a man was most likely running drugs. I would not stay here again. The room was updated but done so with haste. Bathroom had spackle splotched and bathroom door was badly damaged. One of our reserved rooms' front doors would not shut without force. Privacy latches' screws were loose. We had children and did not feel safe staying here.

Staff was nice and accommodating. General Manager unprofessional and unavailable to address customer complaints. Continental Breakfast 👎. No fresh fruit, no teas, no oatmeal/grits. Inoperable shower in pool area, water extremely cold, windows open(screens removed) allowing accessibility to unauthorized visitors.(unsafe)

The breakfast was terrible… the cream cheese (sealed individual package) had a layer of mold… the other was cracked and dried out…. If a sealed package is so old or not properly handled that allowed mold to grow…. I question any food products at this property… The bath tub was filthy… looked like the tub has not been cleaned for quite some time… makes me question the overall cleanliness of this property…how clean are the linens, towels and flooring and fixtures… They had only one staff member working the lobby and bar areas on a Friday… the staff member did a great job… I feel a hotel should excel in customer service and impart of customer service should encompass the cleanliness of the facility, adequate staff and proper food service that does not jeopardize their customer health.,,
