The non smoking room stunk of smoke and no other first floor room avail—although I passed a lot of dark rooms appt 7pm dark no blankets for the bed—we requested and received promptly. Outside temp was in 49s Only three pillows for two double beds—no more pillows avail. Does not deserve the 3.5/5 star rating The checkin was quick and friendly

Poor Service
I asked the staff to give me room service since I’ve been here over a week. Evette told me, since i booked through hotel.com i get what i paid for: i told her i already pulled the sheets off the bed and the towels. All they would have to do is change my sheets and give me new towels. I was gone for a whole day: and i came back to dirty towels still on my bathroom floor: my trash never got pulled still full: the sheets they put on my bed was the same sheets that i pulled off the bed. The audacity of the staff here is insane. They are very unprofessional, since I’ve been here I’ve been getting some of the worse service. I have two little kids. & they thought it was okay to reuse dirty sheets

Read before you book.
Andrea the staff is not customer service friendly, she has been the only staff here that has given me issues regarding my keys. I kept having to get my keys fix. Just an inconvenience. Then when i asked for towel. She did not want to provide me towels. Told me there was no clean towels on the property which i fine very insane. After that. She called a housekeeper to come “check” me very unprofessional. I had to scream in order to get some towels. Overall. The staff here is horrible. Nothing works correctly in the rooms. It’s smells. & they just have an issue every time you ask them for something.

The Ghetto
Not at all what I expected. Absolutely no amenities. Front desk people were unfriendly and one didnt speak English and just pointed at the phone numbers. Never could get connected to the wifi, they spelled my name wrong inthe system. A 25 minute call to the tech, in another state didn't help because she could never get the desk staff to answer the phone!

This stay was related to a medical procedure which I couldn’t drive home from. My appointment was at 3:00 which was a ninety minute drive from home. I received a call from the hotel at 9:11 AM that they had overbooked and was canceling my reservation. So I was left with very little time to find another solution. I won’t use or recommend this hotel ever. 😡

The cons: The floors were dirty, there was partially scrubbed off graffiti looking writing on the kitchen table and edge of bathroom vanity, the shower curtain didn’t reach the top of the tub so didn’t really have a purpose and there were no cooking or kitchen supplies (not sure the point of the kitchen other than someone for a long term rental). Also, no coffee maker in the room. The pros: by lots of nice shopping and a walking path, comfortable bed and since it’s outside access I could park right by my room.
