Fruktansvärda metallsängar med knöliga dåliga madrasser. Inga bekvämligheter så som hängare för handdukar, ytterkläder etc. Inga sängbord. Ytterst få avlastningsplatser. Inga avlastningsplatser i badrum. Muggigt, sunkigt rum. Usel frukost med endast en torr brödbit och en croissant. Mycket kallt i det s k frukostrummet.

Great location - being a musician I thought it would be perfect. The decor is a bit much but comfy bed, hot shower and great location was all I needed. The owner was very nice. My train from Brussels left very late so I requested a 1:30 check out - they said I could stay until 2:00 for 20 euros so I paid it. At 12:30 the cleaning staff starts beating on the door yelling that I needed to leave. I tried to tell her I paid but she screamed that I needed to be out by 1:00. I packed up went downstairs and the gentlemen that said I could stay just made a face when I told him. So I feel a bit ripped off - I didn’t want to pay but didn’t want to sit at the train station for 6 hours. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. The cleaning lady and lack of communication made this experience unpleasant.

It is an overpriced hotel. The owner is good but the room we stayed in was horrible. I am sure that the owner of hotel have done a good shoot out of the hotel. Sink was blocked, no hot water during peak hours, safety hazards, no soap in the shower, had to ask for towels. Terrible experience.

Excellent location. Lovely welcome from the owner who seems really nice and the hotel is so quirky and the common areas are amazing but the room was cramped, not very clean, very dark and the smell of the drains from the bathroom was really strong. We ended up not staying for the duration of our stay as the photos didn't really reflect what the bedroom was like at all.

Gostei bastante da estadia. O quarto era pequeno, mas muito limpo e confortável. A decoração tinha um estilo romântico e diferente, o que deu um charme especial ao ambiente. A limpeza diária foi um ponto positivo, sempre tudo bem cuidado. O pequeno-almoço também valeu a pena: simples, agradável e com um preço acessível. No geral, uma boa experiência.

The location is great but the room had chunks falling off the wall thanks to damp and was clearly a double room that they'd shoved another single in so there was barely any space - nothing like the photos illustrating the triple rooms. The breakfast was stale bread and cheese that was curling up - all laid out on every table in advance rather than being brought out as people came down. Worked well enough for us as the location was probably the most important element but definitely wouldn't stay again.

The fun, bohemian decor was uplifting, exciting. I booked the hotel for this reason, and it looked even better in person than on the photos. The room and bathroom were clean. The room could have used a bit more or stronger lighting. The staff were very helpful, had excellent information/ answers to my questions. The continental breakfast, included in the room rate, was delicious and satisfying. Be prepared, the elevator is tiny, as others have said. The spiral staircase is even tinier and narrower. The hotel is on a pedestrian-only street, so a taxi drops you off a block away and you must walk your luggage to the hotel. All of these things don't matter, the charm and character of this hotel and the staff are above and beyond to make this a very special experience.

A VOMIR et à fuir. Chambre sale, odeur nauséabonde, pas d'eau chaude, TV mais qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de télécommande...tête de lit pas fixée. Nous sommes parties de cet hôtel plus vite que prévu après en avoir trouvé un autre. Le plus grave: le gérant est raciste et a insulté 3 clientes devant mes enfants. Il a également souhaité que nous partions en nous menaçant car nous avions parlé à ces 3 clientes. Personne ne vient faire des contrôles? Cet hôtel devrait fermer. Première fois que cela nous arrive sur cette plateforme! Je suis plus que déçue...
