Overall good, but…
It was good overall. There were things we didn’t like, but nothing outrageous. The first room we went to smelled like wet dog, but they switched our room. The breakfast was the same both days, and they were consistently out of items, including condiments. It was hard to find staff, and there was no way to get their attention at the front when they were gone. The main view was very pleasing, though, so if you’re looking for a good escape with a nice view, this place fits the bill.

Loud hotel
This hotel was very loud. People slammed their doors all night long. We wanted to use the hot tub but it was closed. That was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The breakfast was good.

Perfect winter visit!
This was a perfect hotel for a winter adventure weekend! So many aspects of the hotel were noteworthy. Despite epic levels of snow, the parking lot was cleared well and parking was easy. The hotel lobby is gorgeous - we enjoyed sitting and playing board games with our friends. The hot chocolate bar was a hit! The restaurant and bar items were fantastic. The service at the restaurant and bar was stellar! The breakfast was delicious and the choices were numerous. (My only complaint is that we arrived towards the end of the breakfast hour, and certain choices were empty at that point). Thank you to the staff for making this a great stay!

Perfect stay
Very nice. Loved the shower and sliding door.too bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Spacious! Hot chocolate bar in lobby was a nice touch.

Ok Hotel
The overall Hotel was very nice. Beautiful setting. Unfortunately, we were assigned the room next to the entrance and kitchen. Didn't get much sleep because of people (mostly kids and teens) running up and down the hallways. That quieted down around 1:ish, not sure when the pool closed. Our rooms' heater/air conditioner kicking on every half hour, (guessing the motor is going out or had been damaged from previous guests) we were able to "nap" through the night, the room was unable to hold heat for very long or keep a constant temperature. We were then awakened in the morning around 5:30 to the clatter of things going on in the kitchen getting ready for breakfast. We are not complainers, but we wouldn't have been able to any way since the desk was mostly unmanned and staff were unable to be found.

Family holiday
We went for a short get away before the holiday rush and had a wonderful time. The property is on the river and the scenery was spectacular! The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything that we needed. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay!
Absolutely loved our stay! The prices are extremely reasonable, the hotel is absolutely, the hotel bar is nice, love the fire pit and jacuzzi and the breakfast was the best I’ve had for a hotel! We will be staying here again in the future!
