Not great.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here the workers are very rude. And if you stay more than 2 days they won’t clean your room. We asked and they even told my husband no. Then they got mad about having a little bit of food on a towel. My 1 year old is learning to eat so she’s a bit messy but they really got mad about that. And after my 3rd day there I also had 1 more day left on another reservation and they would not let us keep the same room we are already in. The beds were okay, but need more pillows. And the door safety lock was broken. And the mircowave made a sound like it was going to explode. And also dirty water backed up into our shower somehow. And for 5 people they only gave two towels.

I got a handicapped accessible room but when I got there they had given all the rooms out that were on the 1st floor. Even the handicapped rooms to people who were not handicapped. I asked for my money back so we could go elsewhere and he told me that it was non refundable. When I told him that I booked a wheelchair accessible room and they gave it to someone else he told me that I should have called after booking it to make sure that they didn’t give it to someone else. So my boyfriend had to carry my daughter up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room as they didn’t have elevators. The room was gross and the beds were so uncomfortable. I would never go there again.

Le personnel n'était pas courtois. Le petit déjeuner annoncé sur le web à 6h, commençait à 6h45. La salle de bain était sale, sans compter les planchers qui étaient très sales. Chambre sans rideau avec un store qui laisse passer la lumière sur les côtés. TV avec un seul poste et qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Très décevant.

Be aware of additional "security deposits"
Be aware that you will immediately be charged as much as an additional $100 "security deposit" when you check in, which may not be refunded for up to 5-7 business days. The toilet seat was broken, the refrigerator leaked, the window treatments were missing. Numerous scrapes on the walls and furniture. I took photos of everything. I suggest that you do the same if you decide to stay here.

Everything inside and outside is really worn and broken, mattress was great, pillows were great , sheets and bedding and bathroom were clean, just everything else is just worn or really used… time for a professional update! Won’t be back!

Definitely could have been cleaned better and stained sheets . The guy at the front desk was very rude when checking in and couldn’t get extra towels. The area had stores and food close enough to walk was quite at night. The beds were very comfortable and tv and Wi-Fi worked great so it was cool for the price
