It was very clean. The rooms were updated fresh and bright. There were modern amenities in the room. The microwave was clean. The refrigerator was clean and modern.. when we were arrived, we were helped out by the valet Parker, who was very kind and helpful. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Also, we enjoyed our stay.

AC Marriott
The room was very attractive however it was a little battered. Some of the laminate was coming off of the bench. It is a little difficult to make coffee in the space provided so you have to use the bathroom. All in all it was a very nice room and I was very very comfortable. The valet service was great and they allowed me a late check out

River highlands disappointed that you made us always park in valet you didn’t provide a parking lot what you charge to for the rooms then you can’t even offer breakfast with I don’t think will ever come back it’s $20 for breakfast. My husband goes down to get a cuppa coffee charged four dollars no, we don’t we won’t be back, we were highly disappointed

Family Trip
Staff was great right from the beginning, this was our first family trip with our 11 month old daughter and it went very well, we will definitely be staying here again!

Front desk employee had no idea what he was doing.. took us 1.5 hour to put us in 2 rooms.
Got put into a handicap room double bed and another double bed , when we both had kings…
Told the property. They did nothing to compensate us….

The property was nice. However when we arrived they gave us a room that’s was already occupied. Then they gave us an ADA room stayed for two nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once and we had to call down for towels. Went to dinner came back and our keys didn’t work. They had checked us out early.

Couldn’t ask for more!
What a great hotel! Plenty of parking around, very clean, staff was awesome, very modern. Was a perfect weekend getaway hotel, loved the location too!

This was a great hotel experience. It’s in the middle of downtown and very close to food and the highway. The property was quiet and clean. The staff especially Danny at the front desk was awesome.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Loved all the recommendations! Strong AC and waterfall shower were nice touches. Would stay again if in the area.

This was our third stay at this hotel. It’s well located near Healdsburg and wine country. Old town Santa Rosa is a 5 minute walk, good restaurants.
We were on freeway side of hotel for first time. Traffic was loud all night. The hotel wasn’t busy and we are gold and platinum members. Why would they put guests there in not necessary when they know it’s a big issue? They are trying but it appears that they’re understaffed.
