There were only 4 tissues in the box. I have allergies so I used all of them. The toilet leaked all over the floor. I spilled a little bit of water on the floor and cleaned it up with a wash cloth and it turned dirty. The floor was filthy.

Unacceptable condition
I am disabled and have a service animal when we checked in our room was switched to a room that did not resemble the room I booked when we got to our room we realized it was not the room we booked and a guest across the hall was smoking tobacco in their room in a "nonsmoking " hotel. We reported the problem and were given another room that resembled the room I originally booked. Upon opening the door the room reeked of mold and mildew. The smell was overwhelming. We tried to open the window (see pictures and or video)and realized we were literally on the freeway not to mention the obvious mold problem. The A/C unit didn't work properly, which is why the room was probably full of mold and mildew. The TV remote didn't work and the room was filthy. The room I booked which was$172 and change should never have been made available in the rental pool. I spoke with GM who acknowledged the smoking guest on the 1st floor and claimed I booked a room on the freeway side apparently not recognizing that we were moved to that room. She said they could have maintenance spray the room to mask the smell I told her that was unacceptable. Her second recommendation was to move us again and charge us more money for an upgrade. I told her again that was completely unacceptable. I am requesting a 100% refund of all charges. I am a retired disabled Commercial Building Chief Engineer so I know quite a bit about buildings and this one needs a total overhaul. If we weren't so exhausted we would have lef

Good for the price
Check in was smooth, lobby and interior are nice. Exterior looks a little sketchy.
Comfortable beds.

My "Go to" in Pendleton
I stay at Oxford Suites Pendlton several times per year and my stays are always very enjoyable. Helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant staff make this hotel my "go to" in Pendleton.

Over all great night
Our stay was amazing and the staff at our hotel was so friendly and caring making the stay very welcoming. Food was alright not the best for the price we paid for the room.
