The room was okay and spacious. The towels and cloths were hard to locate. Carpet in the hallways were obviously not vacuumed. The TV was not a smart tv so had to cast from my phone to watch Youtube or other apps on my phone. The bed mattress was comfortable, however, the box spring was very thin and made the bed lower than any other bed I have slept in any hotel. Not as easy to lay on being a tall person. The customer service was good checking in. But checking out, no one was at desk for me to inform them about my stay. I felt this was unusual as anyone couldve walked in. I guess the establishment really trust their cameras. No print out was offered or explain by front desk and the breakfast info was said so fast I could not get the timeframes. The person also did not offer to write them down or inform me of another place to reference if I forgot. Basic customer service info I have received several times at other hotels. The restroom in my two beds accessible room was the most disappointing. The tub would not drain, just from using the shower. We tried several attempts and the stopper would not stay up. Also the shower had rust stains and the tub/shower combo just appeared to be in desperate need of a reno. It was used only once to assist my disabled family member to wash up. So overall, save your money if you are traveling with family, go to the hotel next door to this one. I think its a HomeSuites by thr Hilton.
