Free parking
Called before booking to confirm walk-in shower for my family, confirmed per front desk which room had it and booked it. Upon checkin found it was not a walk in as needed, and was told none of the rooms had walk in showers. Talked to second front desk and they said they do actually have walk in showers but not the room we booked and they didn’t have any available for us to switch. Was very unhappy since we booked there for that main reason for my daughter’s vision impairment. Room was clean, shower pressures depended on time of day, parking was free.

we had a great stay and will be back!!! room is a little snug so you have to find space to store suitcases so you have room, but definitely not an issue that would deter us from returning. The breakfast is great, parking accommodations are nice and we had a great time.

It was fine
Beware if you want to park here. They don’t have enough spots and will double up cars in long spots. Which means if you want to get out early you have to wait for someone to move your car out. They also park in the red zones making it tricky to get your car out of a standard spot because there’s cars all over. Room was decent sized and standard amenities. The shower floor tiles were slippery and we didn’t have a tub for our daughter. I asked for a first floor room and wasn’t able to get one but was told there was an elevator. The first night the elevator was “out of service” and due to a knee injury it took forever for me to get to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was fine but didn’t start until 7am. If you’re a rope dropper this makes it trickier to get to the park in time so just to keep that in mind. We like to eat by 6:30 at the latest. Only ice machine is at the first floor. This is an older hotel and hasn’t had significant upgrades in years. It has laminate flooring and new shower tiles but structurally it’s still the same old building it has been for years. It’s fine for a short visit but I wouldn’t stay here for an extended time.

Good value but not so comfy beds
El check-in fue ágil. En general bueno. Estacionamiento y espacioso. Los cuartos son de buen tamaño pero las camas un poco chicas y muy incómodas, se sienten todos los resortes y hacen mucho ruido. El desayuno incluido es bueno. En general es un valor bueno por lo que se paga pero creo no me volvería a quedar ahí por las camas

NO LOCK ON HOTEL DOOR
There was literally no deadbolt lock on the door to my room. It was gone. Since it was a motel style lobby anyone could have just busted the door open easily at anytime. They were fully booked and I had to cancel my stay after the front desk was not very friendly about my concern being a single woman staying in a room with no security. There wasn't even a secondary latch on the top. This was unacceptable so I demanded a refund.

The breakfast was terrible.
The room was beautiful and smelled really clean. However the toilet stopped working and threatened to over flow the morning after our nights sleep. The breakfast was terrible: cold, undercooked and under whelming, not enough seating for patrons. I loved the room but won’t stay here again.
