Invest in your property. Rooms were terrible. Smell of mold was previous guest hair in the shower. Wet carpets from “shampoo” job. Staff was decent. Provide us with a new room. Still had the same issue with dryer carpet.

I booked using Hotels.com and when I checked in I asked for a room without an adjoining door to another room. I was told my room didn't have such a door. I walked in my room only to find an adjoining door, so I went back up to ask for anther room. The person at the desk thought I was looking at the bathroom door and wanted to show me the room themselves. When he opened up the door and stood at the entrance and said there as no adjoining door and I was looking at the bathroom door. I told him then to look to his left and in his disbelief, there was the adjoining door to another room. We went back up to the counter and then I was told he could do nothing for me because I booked this on Hotels.com and if he were to do something for me, it would cost me $30 additional. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS AGAIN!!!

The first room smelled like bad locker room. The second room they gave me the cleaning solution used was overpowering, smack you in the face strong (probably to cover up moldy smell). I couldn't get a refund for the second day I'd paid for, but I went to a different hotel anyway. Life is too short to deal with that type of hotel.

My stay even though it was 1 night, it was great!!! The room was so nice, clean. The showers are amazing and the bed was so comfortable! Perfect location, and amazing service!
