This could be a nice hotel but there were lots of inconveniences. The room was cold and draughty. I was given a small heater but it wasn't enough. The towels are very small and thin. There was construction going on next door and drilling startes at 7:15am and we were not told about this and it ruined our break. After 1pm there is nobody available. I was given a number and email but did not get a reply from either. The breakfast was not very nice. There were positives - location, staff, clean. I would not stay here again.

Amazing find and great value
Amazing little place. Next to Alcázar. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. They provide spare toothbrushes, slippers, shower gel. Mini safe in room. air conditioning. The communications bus whatts app were great as we booked late and arrived late. The breakfast was amazing, I’m fa t better than we found out and about ( thank you Maria) They also let us store our bags. If you are mostly out and about, this is a fabulous base and an amazing price considering it includes a big breakfast/ highly recommended

Volveríamos sin duda
La ubicación es espectacular. A todos lados llegas caminando y muy cerca. El servicio muy cercano, Mary muy buena anfitriona. Te sientes como en casa! Si venís de fuera de España os recomiendo antes de llegar contactar con el hotel si llegas después de la 1 pm para que te avisen cómo contactar. Te mandan un correo, pero tienes que revisarlo.

A “hostess” foi extremamente simpática e acolhedora, se esforçou ao máximo para que nossa estadia fosse o mais agradável possível. Café da manhã excepcional, as condições do quarto são muito boas. A localização é muito próxima do Centro Histórico, do Real Alcazar e da Catedral.

Pues no es un hotel realmente es una casa de 7 habitaciones que si no llegas a la hora q te dicen tienes q estar al pendiente de tu wats para que te den los códigos de acceso (no tuvimos problemas). Ya q accedas la escalera para subir es SUPER ESTRECHA tuve q subir y bajar con solo 1 maleta

Great Location, Unresponsive Management & Noise
On our first morning, we were abruptly awakened at 6:30 AM by the intense construction noise from the neighboring building. The vibrations were so strong, we could feel them through the wall. When we reported this to the hotel management via WhatsApp, they unfortunately ignored us. We had to seek assistance from the domestic staff to change rooms. We were offered two options, and we chose the ground floor room. However, the helpful staff member informed us that the noise would still be audible in that room. It seems they are aware of these issues but are still accepting bookings. We eventually chose another room and were thankfully undisturbed. The location is excellent, the breakfast service was good, and the domestic staff were incredibly nice and polite. Overall, it's a shame that the management didn't respond to our concerns about the noise. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel a 5-star rating.

Little gem right in the heart of Seville. Rooms were cute traditional style and breakfast was cooked to order. Couldn’t fault the staff whose English was nearly as bad as my Spanish but made up for in charisma, nothing was too much for them and added to the authentic experience. Would recommend if you want clean simple accommodation a stones throw from the main sights. Would definitely return, thank you
