I will miss BW Plus Panama City
Well, my time in Panama City is finally coming to an end after a few false starts. I can honestly say that this hotel is a very positive memory of a time spent, ill, away from home. The staff has always been top notch and the property is always pristine. But what sticks with me is how staff remembered me when I’d stop back in for a few nights sojourn, the generous late checkout on days when I had bad medical news and the overall compassion of the staff. Thanks to everyone who gave me a home away from home.

Didn't sleep well
We stayed for 3 nights in a suite. We had to request toilet paper and our room was not serviced. The suite bedroom was located next to the elevator. Because of this, I could hear people talking from the hallway and the elevator going up and down all night. I did not sleep well at all.

Twilight zone
Ariel front desk agent was helpful when discovered a bed bug and I moved up a floor —just had unpacked so was a hassle. New room had no phone, stuff dried/stuck to bathroom door and bed frame, carpets and floors in main areas from 2nd floor up very dirty even trash cans. No coffee in lobby, fire breakfast nothing—big let down on that-unusual to have that be out of service. Nice buffet breakfast zero coffee made zero sense esp after being relocated. No one even offered to help me get my gear into another room, apologized or offered any compensation. Strange stay.

Dirty
When arriving there was nobody at the desk to check in, waited for 35 minutes. Went into room and the toilet was full of urine stains when you lifted seat. The shower was full of mold and hair. Carpet wasnt vacuumed, crumbs everywhere. Went to call front desk to complain and the phone was broke, didnt work. Went to desk and waited for 23 minutes and nobody came so I drove to target and bought cleaning supplies. I had training for 2 weeks there and would have lost all my money because of 3rd party booking per lady at the desk. The mildew smell was really bad! the pillow had yellow stains on them, none of the were comfy all mismatched! Didn't know if sheets were clean, definitely questioned. Will not ever stay here again!

Home away from home
Another great stay at BWP Panama City. It’s become a home away from home. I love the flexibility of manager, Kevin, and he was kind to me when I was going thru a family member becoming emergently ill. The customer service is always spot on including from the housekeeping staff! Noelle at the front desk was super helpful when I locked myself out. She’s always kind and helpful. Keep it up BWP Panama City!

There were dead roaches in the bathroom as well as mold and hair in the bathtub. The front desk woman had a male park in front of hotel and blare his music and go in and out in the evening. There was a homeless man sleeping by the front doors. Numerous people walked around the property smoking dope continually. It all seemed sketchy.

The guy who was on duty last saturday si very kind. He lets me check in early. He knows I am tired from working 12hour shift in the hospital. He is accomodating. unlike the girl last time. I hope I can encounter more of this guy for my future booking.
