It seems like there is hardly ever a person at the front desk. Maybe you should consider hiring other people to do some of the side work without cutting hours or pay for the customer service at the front. I was happy with the room for the most part. I got cold during the night and turned the heat up a little. Possibility that if you had an extra blanket on the bed in the winter that wouldn't have to be done m

Quick trip
Quick trip. Got in at 11:00pm and left the next morning. Clean room. Comfortable bed and super nice staff. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options.

Parking Extra
The hotel was fine; clean with all things working as they should. However, I was put-off that parking was an additional charge ($10 a night) which was only communicated when I checked in. That sort of thing should be incorporated into the price I already paid for the room.

Added extra charges
This place added $10 per night per car to park in their own parking lot. Something not mentioned prior to booking. Cost me an extra $40 for the 2 nights. Everything else was good. Staff was very friendly but this added parking charge on the back end at check out really bothers me. Dont give me a total price and then add crap. We will not stay there again like we planned to in march.

Christmas visit back home
The Fairfield inn in niles, ohio was cheaper then the rest so wasn't expecting much, but staff were great room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good including hot choices, and over all property was well kept. I will stay here again.

Very nice, clean Inn
Check in was easy and smooth and the friendly man at the counter gave us advice on where to go for dinner. The room was very nice and clean as was the lobby. There was an elevator so getting up to the 3rd floor was easy. The shower was nice, but got some water on the floor outside of it, which is why I only gave condition a 4. The beds were comfortable and the room had what we needed. The breakfast was really nice with cooked oatmeal with lots of natural fixings including non-dairy milk as an option, the coffee also had silk oat milk creamer as well as dairy creamers, which I really appreciated. There was a waffle maker and hot eggs that were cooked that morning and their paper plates and bowls were paper or cardboard (eco-friendly)! As well as your typical cold cereals and bread, bagels, etc.

The light in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. The toilet kept running as well. The refrigerator was too small (in my opinion). There was nowhere to sit outside, so we took our folding chairs over towards the small pond and sat there in the evening and listened to music and talked. If there was an area for sitting, such as a bench or a small pavilion, that would be ideal. Other than that the area was convenient for shopping and dining. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Disappointed
Room was clean, neat and orderly. However, The bottom, fitted, sheet on the bed kept coming off which kept me awake off and on. I put it back several times and finally gave up. This happened all three nights.
