Nice hotel but going downhill.
Room was large, clean, comfortable, quiet. Multiple maintenance issues indicate neglect. Carpets stained. Public areas needed cleaning. Good deal for the price.

The lobby/ entry is not very welcoming, it gives off the feel of an unsafe place. When entering the room, twice during the stay, with no cooling/ heating on , the smell of the room was extremely unpleasant.

It's an old hotel in need of updating. It's as clean as it can be given everything is old. There are clothes irons in the room but no ironing boards anywhere in the hotel. Plan accordingly. The grounds are nice and neat. The included breakfast is actually pretty good, too.

My review has nothing to do with the staff, they were all lovely. Even though my room was "non smoking" it and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The exit door to the stairs that lead to the side entrance was so loud when it closed. The air conditioner made such noise we had to unplug it. The handle from the toilet broke off the moment we touched it. The room was dingy and felt dirty. Paying almost $300 for a room that should be $89 is ridiculous.

the room was small and cramped plus it was moldy smelling so i turned up the a/c to counteract it but that didn't get the job done so i complained about it and they refused to change my room so i left to find better accomodations

The staff were friendly and helpful but The management needs to focus on the cleanliness and replenish the furnitures. My room was smelling mold as soon as I opened the door, some broken furniture, the sofa bed was stained and when I opened it I found a dirty sheet on it. I am glad I always take my personal blankets with me when I travel. The area is quite and nice , the hotel is in perfect location. Hopefully the management will put more care and attention to it.

Property was old and small. Bathtub was dirty and the toilet clogged. Pool was nice and empty but the floor needed to be updated. All in all there needs to be more attention in the housekeeping and upkeep departments.
