Comfortable hotel
The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good, even providing chicken soup some mornings. We liked having an indoor pool and jacuzzi and exercise room nearby. It was a very nice hotel. The only drawback was it took the maid over six hours to come clean our room. Maybe they were understaffed!

No regrets, I would return again!
I stayed at this location for several days to attend to family matters and was pleased with gated parking lot, everything was well lit, the staff were professional and friendly, they have a washer and dryer set on site for folks needing to do laundry. Last but not least, they offer daily breakfast. I would return for another stay.

Nice, quiet, service has holes.
Room, beds, bath comfortable, well-lit and quiet. Breakfast provided was good and well-maintained. Rate was good over the weekend.
TV is Lo-Fi, very basic channel set.
Housekeeping left only decaf coffee; no coffee provided before 6 am or after 10 am. Had to go to 7-11 across the street.

Poor front desk, discrimination and unfair fees
I was in town for a family member who was about to and did pass away. The hotel room microwaves have been replaced in some but not all of the rooms. My room had an old analog dial microwave which stayed on while cooking 2:30 second popcorn creating smoke. Long story short the hotel charged me a damage fee for the defective microwave incident. The fee cost more than the room that I still had to sleep in all night.
To make things worse the next night, my newly late-uncles daughter came over to swim with us. She is a special-needs teenager in the front desk. Management insisted that she could not swim without proper swimwear. With her having sensory issues, she does not wear female swimwear so she was wearing male swimming trunks and a swimming T-shirt. The lady at the front desk did not understand the situation and demanded she come out of the pool. The hotel will not call me back regarding the dispute. I have with the damage charge and the discrimination that I experienced during my stay, made me vouch and NEVER stay at a comfort inn again for the rest of my life.

Good service
Check in was fast and easy, room clean, breakfast was ok. The batter for the waffles was thin and watery which made the waffles not so good, but the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked.

We told staff at check in that we had a dog with us since there is a statement when signing at checkin that a fee will be assessed for “undisclosed dogs.” Naturally, we wanted to avoid any fees so we disclosed our dog and were told it was OK. Later when asking for something at the front desk after taking our dog for a walk, I was advised the hotel is not pet friendly and there is a large fee for the pet. Even after explaining the situation which seemed rather straightforward, I got so much unnecessary push back and they ended up authorizing my card for this hefty charge. Now I’m having to fight this with their corporate office. I did not appreciate being treated like I was somehow being dishonest and then getting a charge that feels very fraudulent. On top of all that, our room was just not very clean. The floors were filthy and my children’s feet were black from walking on the carpet. Despite that, their general manager had the nerve to claim that they had to “deep clean” our room because of our dog. Just unprofessional.
