No problems here!
We were pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were fabulous! Room was clean and well stocked. Only complaints were placement of the toilet; WAY to close to the wall and the breakfast wasn't kept up with as well as it could have been (kept running out of stuff but was eventually restocked). The indoor pool was a major plus with kids and it was heated! Overall, absolutely happy with the stay and will return when in the area again.

Very clean hotel.
Was very clean. Front desk people very friendly. Room was very clean and tidy. Only thing couldn't really use hot tub or pool. Was a bunch of people in there. Not hotels fault just was really busy. So if you are planning on using the facilities please have patience. Alot of young people running around and noisy.

A good choice for an overnight stop
Overall, this is an older motel in that is well-maintained and clean. The king room was spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities necessary for our 2-day stay. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold choices. Overall it was a good place to stop.

Comfy in Corbin
Staff was friendly they have fixed the hot tub so that was a plus. It is in a good location there’s a few restaurants close by easy off and on expressway. Ask for an odd numbered room to avoid truck noise The beds were actually super comfy and it was a pretty decent breakfast

Not the best stay we have had.
Had to change rooms because the firdt one the heater unit would operate on high. We erre moved to a different room. Bed was oversoft making sleeping a bit difficult.

Recent stay
Inexpensive rates so feel that it is well-worth the money to stay there. Located right off of the highway, so is noisy (truck Jake-brakes).

Horrible Experience
Terrible! Was not able to check in with the confirmation number you sent me. Had to pay separate amount. Tried to call your customer service with the number provided by Baymont. All I got was someone trying to sell me a Dinning card for 4.95. He told me I had to buy this before he could transfer me to customer service. My bank Debit card has been charged $4.95 twice for something I did not want. At first I tried to put this $4.95 on my credit card, was told it did not work. He then asked if I had Debit card. I gave it to him and it went through apparently twice. My wife and I was in Corbin attending a death in the family. I spent over an hour trying to check in. This was a Horrible experience and I want to give you the opportunity to resolve this
