Our stay was great as usual. My partner and I stay there three or four times a year and will continue staying there. The view alone is priceless. Every single employee is kind and friendly. Not good
This place was dirty. Couldn’t walk on the floor without shoes. The roaches were horrible. They over charged us and didn’t make it right. Had to pay for ice. Do not recommend his place.

Its your standard older beach front hotel. Obviously has had some damage over the years but still not terrible. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice. The proximity to the beach was the best part.

Location perfect. Size perfect. Cleanliness. Not
The view, location, next to Sharkeys, and layout were perfect. The beds were clean. But the bathroom was dirty, the loveseat filthy and few towels. The balcony railing was loose, the stair rails iffy, and the elevator and walkways filthy. When I asked the housekeeper to exchange the dirty towels for cleans, I was told I must take the dirties up the office to pick up clean towels. The office was accommodating but this was a hassle. For the price, great location and view and layout but could be cleaner.

Needs major TLC
Place needs alot of TLC, floors were nasty, tub was dirty with mold growing around handle, cracks in the doors, beds hard as a rock, very dated. Would not stay here again. Place needs to shut down and renovate.

Location, location, location
We were refugees from Hurricane Milton. We stopped on our way back from Columbus GA when we realized we couldn’t safely return for another day. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was decent, we don’t go in for fancy. We just needed a place to stay. What we didn’t bargain for was the amazing sight outside our balcony. Beautiful white sands, stunning beaches, and a magnificent sunset. We plan to return for a quick getaway.

Would stay again
I rented 3 rooms 410 411 and 412. Location was perfect! The pool and bbq, game area was nice! Room 412 the beds weren’t the best, the bathroom door kept coming loose(only had 1 screw holding it in) and the tub could used an update. All 3 rooms could have used a good mopping. Caulking could use a good cleaning or new. There wasn’t enough towels in the rooms but they gave more at the office. Was glad to see all rooms had fridge and microwave bc that’s wasn’t listed. No bugs! It’s not the Hilton but ur not paying Hilton prices. For what I paid I was more than happy with what we got. I would definitely stay here again

Terrible, Disgusting, and unsafe!
Most misleading advertising for a hotel I have ever seen. Don’t believe the photos! The “Suite” we were in was in terrible condition. Broken curtain rods, constantly wet floors, front door had previously been kicked in and would not close properly and had a large and visible crack all around it. The floors are also gauged, scratched and stained with rust stains and marks from previous furniture or something. The outside showers were all inoperative. The bathroom was disgusting with mold all around the tub/shower area. Sofa cushions were too small for the sofa and were homage for a smaller sofa. It was by all accounts, the worst place I have ever seen or stayed in!!! We left and went home after staying one night. We now have to fight for a refund from Hotels.com.

Review for room 220
We have stayed here multiple times, good stay for prices and location. Site really needs to hire some professional services to maintain the place, some of the maintenance is terrible. Trim screwed to wall none of it matches, this time they even painted the tub and of course it was peeling off my wife couldn’t even take a bath it was so rough.

Great family place. Friendly staff pool was clean, and offered both swallow and deeper ends of the pool. Room was clean was kept up fairly well to be an older hotel. Will diffidently stay again.
