The first day that I was there, after we woke up there was no water.I called and said there was no water.And they said that there would be no water from 8am to 4:30pm. They said that when I checked in the night prior I should have been informed of this.But I was not. They also said that they expected this to be an issue for the next few days until friday, and it was tuesday so I was obviously upset. Thankfully, they decided to stop, so the next day there was water.And that wasn't an issue going forward.But still very frustrating when I was there with my ten month old son. The other issue was the fridge was not cold at all.Even after adjusting the dial on the back of it and putting numerous food items in. Then, the air conditioner was making very loud.Noises to the point where I didn't really want it to run.But I called and complained, and they said because it was after five p m, there was no maintenance person and all of their rooms were booked.So they could not move my room, and I was told "unfortunately, you're just going to have to deal with it". This was our last night there and again like I said, I was with my ten month old son, so you can see how this was very distressing. The other thing that was very infuriating was that there was no microwave, but that part is on me for assuming that they would have one.Because pretty much every hotel room i've ever had has had a microwave, especially when they offer a fridge. What is the point of a fridge?If you have no microwave?
