Not worth the price
The room was comfortable and beds clean, but overall the hotel was run down, the hot tub was only half full and not hot, the waterslide was shut down early, and the continental breakfast barely had any food. We asked for a roll away bed which when brought to us was a very old ripped mattress with mouse droppings and seeds folded up in it like a critter had been living there. We obviously refused to use it.

Never again
We came out for a family trip. Upon entering the hotel smelled. Finally got to our room the key cards didn’t work so had to get new ones. After entering the room it looked like the room had been opened with a crow bar. The bathroom tub was dirty, the ceiling looked horrible you could see where they tried to fix thing and just through putty over holes. The floor was not clean. And when inspection of the bed was done found hair and dirt in one. When I complained I was told the sheets were just stained. I still requested clean sheets. The curtains had food stains and rips. And the most uncomfortable beds. The biggest let down was the hot tub was broken but when I checked in was advised it worked. The gentleman presented to try and fix it to which his solution was to get in the regular pool. The next day I learned from staff it hasn’t been working for a while but the sign keeps being taken down. The only good part of the stay was they had a decent breakfast and I did receive a small refund.

Don’t stay here, cheap is cheap.
The hotel was dirty, smelled. A fire alarm near by had dying batteries so beeped all night and all day. There was a wasp in my room and they squished it against the wall. Gross.

Check in was lackluster and not welcoming. Rooms in essence look like a cheap remodel at best that just screamed lipstick on a pig esque. Mattresses were stained and had odors of urine. No exhaust fan in bathroom, bulbs out in bathroom, AC unit was archaic and sounded like a jet engine struggling to take off at all hours. The water slide concept opened up to the 2nd floor, which due to this caused the hall to smell of pool chemicals and be horribly humid… front desk had no basic extra items like laundry bags or a do not disturb sign.

Worst stay with Hotels.com
Called previous day was told jacuzzi worked got there did not work. Pool are was dirty, gross. Beds were hard, rooms had a bad odor. Front desk little English & couldn’t understand my complaints. Would not swap rooms when asked. I already paid through hotels.com would not reimburse or discount my room. Breakfast sucked. Had just cereal & waffles. Kids said waffles did not taste right so threw away. Went somewhere else for breakfast. Area also dirty.

The lock on our room did not work. The shower handle kept falling off. The room seemed clean. The bathroom curtain did not look very clean and the shower had a bad smell. The toilet roll was almost out and no extras.

This was a wild experience first we try to get in and they barely talked to us.my son went down to the pool and the hot tub was colder than a polar plunge pool had a slimy bottom and the slide had multiple rust spots and you got stuck around every turn. I was using the bathroom when the door opens me thinking it was my son I said give me a sec I will be right out but instead a staff member comes right through the door! The tv remote didn’t work. The only good thing was they had friends on but tv kept glitching.

I never leave reviews and am only doing this because the hotel is that bad and I wish I had known before I spent money and took my family there. We had stained bedding, dirty and cracked floors, our hotel door let light through the crack like a tiny public bathroom stall does - the entire building needs renovated. My husband wanted to call it a loss and spend more money to sleep elsewhere as it was so dirty and sketchy he didn’t want our children or us to sleep there.
