1st Time Disney Stay
Plumbing reeked in our room: Hotel Needs renovations badly and housekeeping routinely completed. Receptionists helped as much as possible. Elevators were not working properly. The suites were spacious for a family and hotel was decorated for the holiday, daily breakfast was nice.

Uncomfortable Mattresses
The hotel was convenient but outdated; our room was never serviced during our Thursday - Sunday stay. We had to get towels from the front desk. While the greater area was clean, the halls near the rooms had little trash outside of rooms. There were salt and pepper packets outside of rooms the entire stay meaning no one was cleaning when picking up people’s trash outside their rooms. The hotel is outdated and could use a renovation. The mattresses were horrible. It had some good things but these stood out.

Worst Embassy Suite I've ever stayed
We had three couple in three rooms. Our room had a clogged bathtub that didn't get fixed until the last day. One of the other rooms had crumbs on the floor didn't look like it was even cleaned, except for the bed. The other room did have any towels. The staff is not very helpful. I lost $20 in the arcade and they couldn't refund anything. It cost $85 for to park a car for three nights. This place is totally mismanaged in the pool area was filthy.

Needs a remodel and watch out for the parking fee.
First off, charging for parking at a hotel adjacent to a freeway is sleazy. Their lot is huge and they don't have parking attendants so why the charge? The lobby/atrium is very nice and refreshed but the rooms and hallways are in desperate need of updating. The hallway carpet is so old it's disintegrating and everything in the bathroom is old. They advertise eggs to order at the breakfast bar and they had them the first morning but the next three days all they would do was make you an omelette using some king of premixed egg goo. There was also a breakfast buffet which was pretty good but the layout was such that the line to get food was very long. Overall dissapointed for the money spent.

can't wait to go back
We stayed 4 nights. we were offered a room with no air conditioning for cheaper price to wave a fee and to get in earlier than the usual arrival time. We loved that the pool was warm enough and hot tub was great. There's no supervision in the swim area so many children crowded and swam in hot tub but we made the best of it and still enjoyed it. There weren't always big towels or towels at all but eventually they would get there. The gym was nice. We loved the free drinks and snack time and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The front desk person really helped us when our car broke down. waived our check out time and was very supportive. Loved all the decorations, the trees, the elevator. The room set ups.
