Many small issues
The stay was decent, the online posting said bottled water was included however the staff there knew nothing about that. There were a couple body hairs from a previous guest in the shower and bathroom. The toilet bowl had not been scrubbed in some time as there was visible pink mold growing under the water level when you flush the toilet. A corner of the bed frame was missing as well exposing a sharp corner

Don't stay at the Tru Hilton in Burlington NC !!!
This is a new Hilton hotel, which is why we chose it as we didn't know that area. The hotel advertised "free breakfast" and there was cereal, pastries and some juices. There was no coffee available in the room NOR IN THE BREAKFAST AREA!! There was a new machine called a "Pancake Maker" but none of the visitors knew how to use it and the "ladies" working the front desk area couldn't stop arguing about their work schedules and work hours long enough to help anyone. Very disappointed in this hotel. It was not worth the price and the service was non-existent.

Very clean and staff was nice. I didn’t have wash cloths in my room and staff wasn’t able to bring them to me. I didn’t realized until before bed when I needed a shower and my toddler was already stripped down. House keeping didn’t knock and just attempted to come in the next morning, but the bolt stopped the door. Other than those two things, the hotel was very nice, clean, well managed.

We love the updated vibe of Tru by Hilton. Having floors instead of carpet is one of my favorite features. Bathroom is very nice with step in shower and we love having the added features of the way they present the soap/shampoo/conditioner not only next to bathroom sink but also in the shower itself. LOVE UT!!!
