My family and I like to frequent hotels in this hotel because of the ratings and the fact we are always looking to enjoy the pool. I called ahead of time and the receptionist Bre answered as I had questions about the pool and was very nice over the phone, she informed me that the pool was very warm which was not a question of mine but gave that info. Our first night out room had an odor, not harsh as I thought it was due to room had not been used and no air was circulating so since I was able to open the windows I did just that as I wasn’t going to complain. In the middle of the night the room got cold but heat did not work so I called reception desk and they said I could change room. I told them I would do so in the morning as I wasn’t trying to be rude to other guest. Next morning I found out I would have to wait until everyone checked out to get a new room so it would be at the next check in as I had reserved a 2 night stay. I left to go enjoy my day. Upon return, I received a new room which had a strong odor of urine so I asked to be moved again, 3rd room was better but between all 3 rooms, toilets had black water stains so I figured they were not cleaning them properly. Took my family to the pool as there was a jacuzzi, the pool was cold but jacuzzi was very cold as well. I asked for towels and the receptionist was hesitant about giving me any as the hotel had a towel shortage and we were giving hand washing towels to dry from the pool. I will never return here again.
