飯店很新,但隔音效果很差…
和櫃檯反應3次隔壁房太吵無法睡覺,完全無改善,後來決定換房間
但櫃檯無法給我們king suite的房型,反而降級到2 queen bed standard room…
這是我們四週年的紀念日,除了一開始隔音的問題之外付高額的錢卻被降級,對於這服務真的蠻失望的…

Nice!
Pool and hot tub were excellent. Hotel was clean and nice. Only issue is the bathroom door (slider) was broken so the bathroom door was unusable.

Disappointed
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but service was disappointing. My friend has a severe allergy to down feathers, and even after requesting non-down bedding, it wasn’t changed the first night so she had to sleep on the couch. They offered 5,000 points (not even enough for one night), and I never received them. Really expected better from Hilton.

Chef Boyardee
I came down to check out the included breakfast to bring back to our room. When the server brought the food she acknowledged and asked if I’d like to-go boxes to make it easier which was greatly helpful. She returned to the kitchen and requested the boxes to Chef Boyardee which his response was “Tell them I ******* hate them.” There was only one other guest seated at the time but apparently that was asking for too much. That attitude was absurd and unprofessional in terms of hospitality especially at a hotel. That is the main purpose of your job especially being a chef. You never know who you might be preparing food for and an attitude like that is amateur and mediocre.
