Its a clean room, breakfast was the normal, muffins, cereal & waffles (same thing everyday). Room service did not replace towels or coffee supplies. But overall a clean shower & comfortable bed

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Adequate parking. Housekeeping, can be improved. I asked for a couple of bathtowels at around 4 PM upon check-in. Around 10.00 PM, a room attendant brought two hand towels and two wash rags! (I did not need those)

Just okay…
Stay was just okay. Check in was odd with digital check in process with agent over video screen and a machine to dispense key, all while the employee at the actual check in desk beside the machine is just watching you. Not sure I totally understand point of that set up.
Heat didn’t really work in room, they didn’t seem to really care or even offer to look at it when I asked about it and requested two extra blankets. I only received one and they said they would drop another on in a bit when they were ready which never happened.
It was okay overall, the price was competitive, but don’t know that I would stay here again.

Room with Paint Falling Off the Walls
Paint was falling off the wall in the bathroom. Overall room was definitely not worth the price paid.
I'm never going to stay in a Wyndam hotel ever again.
Will never book through Hotels.com again.

Terrible customer service at the hotel.
After we were checked in all impact, we found out the TV did not work Tried to call the front desk with the phone. The phone didn’t work. Walk down to the front desk the agent came up to the room tried for an hour called somebody else tried for another half hour. Found the TV had a problem. They wanted us to change rooms. We were already unpacked already in our pajamas. I told the agent that they could just give us credit for not having a TV. They said they couldn’t do that. Check-in was very uncomfortable with the AI spoke very little English, including the agent in the hotel. Room and hotel was good except for the TV was not offered. Any breakfast was not offered any help with the TV did not like the kiosk for checking in and checking out will not use the hotel again. Would expect that we would get some type of a reimbursement for the problems we had.

terrible time at the Baymont
A group of young adults, about 40 in total, had a loud party by the pool which was about 15 feet from my window. Their music was blasting and their conversations extremely loud in their effort to talk over the music. The "party" started about 9pm and lasted to about 11pm. During that time I called the "front desk" 4 times imploring that the music and party volume be reduced considerably.
The people I spoke with on the phone were obviously not on the property but they assured me that they would take of it. Very little happened in the reduction of the party until it finally fizzled out its own at about 11. I had been traveling all day and was to travel more the next day and I needed - and expected - to sleep. I am extemely disappointed in the lack of response by your employees and I will NEVER again stay at one of your hotels and I will use social media to spread my disastrous stay at your hotel.

Don’t waste your precious money on this hotel!
One of the worst hotels. We arrived and went to the gal at the counter and she pointed at a machine and said check in there. Then she waited until the guy on the machine said give them their room key. How impersonal and a total waste of time. Located on a Main Street so always noisy. Didn’t sleep at all. No carpet so heard every noise upstairs. Breakfast was all bread and grains, no protein (boiled eggs were in fridge but no sausage or peanut butter. The room is dark beige with dark pictures and dark bedspread. There is a separate dehumidifier in the room and it’s damp in room. The pool isn’t clean and has a orange cone in it and to top it off next to the pool they have boarded up a room adjacent to the pool that may have been an outside eating or restaurant area but it looks bad. Rating should be a 5. I stayed here cause it was a rating of 7.5 but that sure wasn’t even close.
