Not pleased with housekeeping
The staff was friendly. Housekeeping didn't come by the 4 days I stayed to offer to clean room, clean towels or take trash out.

The only positive about our experience was the room was clean and the rest of the hotel was dirty. The breakfast was non- existing and the room had coffee pot with no cups and no information on usage. The desk people were not pleasant or helpful. Poor excuse for a hotel and we will not use your chain again.

Hard pass on this hotel
Staff didn’t greet me at checkin. Was like I was a bother to them. Breakfast had basically nothing to eat. Toilet seat had plastic peeling off it. Was a dirty towel laying on bed when went in room. Heater ran not stop because it was under window that had a cold draft . Room key stopped working so had to go back to front desk to get another one. Overall not a good experience. Must be why all the other hotels in area had full parking lots and this one only had a few cars in lot. Will not stay here again.

Pretty old. Elevator inspection certificate was not on display in elevator. Fire alarms were labeled as inoperable. No easy access to your room Had two dogs was put on the 3rd floor, and 1 of our dogs is blind and has to be carried inside and outside. Had to switch rooms because toilet in the 1st room didn't work and no one on site to deal with it. Only place available to disguard dog waste was in the hotel lobby. Was told breakfast was from 6 to 9 went down at 8:15am everything was gone except for a package of oatmeal. Tried to reach the front desk using our room telephone, no one ever answered, we had to personally go to the front desk. No personal care products in room. All I can say is since the COVID-19 crap the service the hotels own by foreigners has gone down severely. I will research who is running the hotel we plan on staying at while traveling after this stay if owned or operated by non Americans we will find an American run facility to stay at. Foreign run hotels offer very little for what they charge and are not kept up or well kept.

Misinformation that could have cost us
We were told we could have an extended checkout time no charge until 2 pm. $25 if we wanted a checkout at 5pm We double checked if the checkout time at breakfast and was told no extensions at all unless we paid $40

Welcome Home
My stay was good. Breakfast could be a little more exciting. The smell of someone smoking_vaping in a nonsmoking room was uncomfortable. The front desk was awesome!

Never checked in to the property, after i got my confrimation i was goven a message that there was no room available for me. But was still charged. Cant give a review about the property cause i wasnt able to stay there.

Good for a short stopover
Got the last room with two beds, had to change the next day cause the floor was soaked. Staff was helpful and tried to accommodate our needs. Good place for a quick weekend stopover in Dayton. Breakfast is poor though, don’t expect much and ends already at 9.

Telephone did not work, coffee maker was missing parts to where you could not make coffee. AC was loud, facet and bathtub facet dripping water. Whole room was musty and damp smelling.
